Clinical Efficacy Observation Of Shen An Ping Capsule On IgA Nephropathy

Object:Observe the metod of Shen An Ping Capsule in treating IgA nephropathy with signs, hematuria, proteinuria and renal function, evaluate the clinical curative effect of thismethod.and explore the potential function mechanism.M^hod:To investigate50patients with nephropathy diagnosed by renal puncture in the Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine (Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine). The50patients was divided into two groups with eaqual number.the firest group was called testing group (Shen An Ping Capsule group) and the second group was called observing group.AII the50patients were treated at the same condition.The testing group was treated with Shen An Ping Capsule. Three times a day,5capsules each time, the total course of treatment for3months. Compared the change of symptom, system, albuminuria, hematuria and enal function before and after treatment.Reasults:According to the "guiding principle of clinical research on new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine (Trial)"[1] diagnostic criteria of TCM syndrome of chronic nephritis, combined with the clinical experience of Professor Chen Peng, IgA nephropathy is the basis of deficiency in kidney yuan, to feel the wind, heat, humidity, and other evils and poison. To the deficiency of kidney qi, damp heat, blood stasis and heat as the standard, through the disease has always been, which established the "tonifying the kidney, promoting blood circulation, clearing" is the main treatment, Shen An Ping capsule has invigorating kidney qi,promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, phlegm turbid air, dampness heat effect. Shen An Ping capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and decrease urinary red blood cell, reduce urinary protein loss, protect renal function.Conclusion:Clinical symptoms of the patients with IgA nephropathy were treated by Shen An Ping capsule can be improved markedly(Especially,in the respect of improving accidie.obvious hematuria,nocturia,edema, etc). The effect of reducing albuminuria and hematuria is remarkable.In a word,the Shen An Ping capsule has function on protecting kidneys and staving damage.
