The Combination Of Acupuncture With Medicine Treatment In The Clinical Study Of The Nervous System

Purpose:To analyze the current clinical treatment of acupuncture combined with the advantages and problems of the nervous system and acupuncture combined with an objective assessment of cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, facial paralysis effect.Methods:According to strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, the application of international Cochrane Collaboration evaluation methods included acupuncture combined clinical treatment of neurological diseases systematic review of randomized controlled trials.Source:retrieving Chinese Biomedical Literature Database (CBM), Chinese Journal Full-text Database (CKNI), WanFang database, published in the VIP database (VIP), Pubmed database.Information Statistical Methods:Revmans5.2version of the data provided by the Cochrane Collaboration for statistical analysis. Count data to calculate the relative risk (RR) and95%confidence interval, measurement data to calculate the weighted mean difference (MD) or standardized mean difference and95%confidence intervals.Results:acupuncture combined treatment of cerebral bleeding disorders, which included13documents have seven literature that acupuncture treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency of a significant difference, nine literature suggests that acupuncture treatment group and the control group with neurological deficit scores statistically significant, suggesting that acupuncture treatment group had higher efficiency; acupuncture combined treatment of cerebral infarction disease, which included13documents have12literature that acupuncture treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency of a significant difference,2literature suggests that acupuncture treatment group and the control group with neurological deficit scores statistically significant, suggesting that acupuncture and medication group was higher; acupuncture combined treatment of facial paralysis disease, which included11documents have11literature that acupuncture treatment group and the total efficiency of the control group with significant difference, nine literature suggests that acupuncture treatment group and control group was statistically different, suggesting that acupuncture and medication group was higher.Conclusion:First, the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage diseases, the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined superior to simple acupuncture or drug therapy alone.Second, the treatment of cerebral infarction disease, the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and Chinese herbs to be better than acupuncture or drug therapy alone can reduce mortality and morbidity. Third, facial paralysis treatment of disease, the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with better than acupuncture or simply want to use medication, acupuncture and Chinese herbs can still shorten the number of days to cure facial paralysis patients.
