The Research For Trend Of Malignant Tumor Spectrum And Morbidity In Jiading Shanghai

Objective Describe characteristics of malignant tumor of incidence and death trend in2000---2009at jiding region, to provide basic data and information of the way of residents living environment, way of life between tumor in Jiading, to provide a scientific basis to prevent and control malignant tumor. Method Methods of data collection:general reports, morniting data, history information and others;Methods of data analysis:for quantitative data using SPSS16.0statistical software and EXCEL2007software for descriptive study, and for time trend analysis using EXCEL2007regression analysis; Results There were16988new cases of malignant tumor in Jiading from2000to2009, and the crude incidence rate was328.29per10million, there were9593cases in male, and7395cases in female, so sex ratio was1.30:1. The crude incidence rate for male was372.84per10million, and the female crude incidence rate was284.23per10million. The top five of malignant tumor incidences are lung cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, colon cancer and female breast cancer. Lung cancer has the highest incidence of malignant tumors, which is as high as84.88per10million. And stomach cancer, colorectal cancer and liver cancer are followed. The highest incidence for women malignant tumor is colorectal cancer, the rate of which is43.36per10million, and stomach cancer, breast cancer, lung cancer and liver cancer are followed. The deaths caused by malignant tumor are11,055in Jiading from2000to2009, in which there were6865male and4190female, and sex ratio was1.64:1. The crude mortality rate was266.82per10million for male and161.05per10million for female. From above infromation, we can know the growth of crude mortality for malignant tumor was so obvious, but standardized mortality rate for male and female is relatively smooth. The top five of the highest death rate of malignant tumors were lung cancer, gastric cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer and esophageal cancer. Lung cancer was the most mortality for male, which has the rate of mortality up to72.76per10million, followed by the liver cancer, colon cancer, and rectal cancer. Malignant tumor with the highest mortality rate was gastric cancer for female, which has the mortality rate up to26.44per10million, followed by lung cancer, liver cancer, colorectal cancer and breast cancer.
