Objective:To investigate necrotizing enterocolitis in preterm children’s clinical characteristics and influencing factors necessary intervention to reduce the chance of exposure, reduce the incidence of NEC. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to select from January1,2010to June30,2013in Neonatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University Check1327cases of preterm children and87cases occurred of NEC children with retrospective case analysis Statistical description of its clinical features, inference and Logistic regression analysis of its influencing factors. Results:①The incidence of NEC in premature children to6.56%, where the incidence of low birth weight children up to19%. The clinical manifestations of gastric retention, abdominal distension and decreased bowel sounds as the main performance.②Compared with the NEC in preterm children did not occur, necrotizing enterocolitis in preterm children in gestational age(t=-2.353, P<0.05), birth weight(t=-3.398, P<0.05) distribution between the statistical differences, and no significant difference in the distribution of gender (χ2=1.269, P=0.26), nationality (χ2=3.795, P=0.284).③Severity of necrotizing enterocolitis (different stages) in preterm children in thrombocytopenia (χ2=9.419, P<0.05), elevated CRP (χ2=5.060P<0.05), blood transfusion (χ2-5.78, P<0.05) differences between distributions are statistically significant, and in between gestational age, birth weight, the difference was not statistically significant.④Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that birth weight (β=-0.001, P<0.05, Exp (fi)=0.999), feeding (β=-9.190, P<0.05, Exp (β)=0.000), maternal disease (β=3.237, P<0.05, Exp (β)=25.469), anemia (β=3.790, P<0.05, Exp (β)=43.817) and blood transfusions(β=3.328, P<0.05, Exp (β)=27.894), related to the occurrence of necrotizing enterocolitis in preterm children. Conclusion:Necrotizing enterocolitis in preterm children is clinically neonatal intensive care unit of the common gastrointestinal disease, the lower the birth weight and gestational age, the higher the incidence. Which birth weight, feeding (breastfeeding) for protective factors, and maternal disease, anemia, blood transfusion are risk factors, need to actively prevent and correct intervention.
