Objective:To explore the Yili are residents in Xinjiang Kazakh(Kazakh), Han, Uygur(uyghur), Hui Parkinson’s disease(PD) of the prevalence rate and related factors.Methods:Application of hierarchical sampling principle, cluster, random, in the Xinjiang region of Yili Xinyuan county in10townships were randomly selected from35years of age or older with survey requirements and complete data on5113people for epidemiological survey, the national2318, Han1474, Uygur968, Hui245,46other nations who.35~44years old,108people,45~54years old,2269people,55~64years old,1400people,65~74years old,919people,75~84years old308,≥85years old,47people.Results:62cases of PD in5113patients,the total prevalence rate was1.2%. Among the Han, Uygur, Kazak, Hui the prevalence rate of PD was1.2%,1.1%,1.5%and1.2%respectively.35-44years,45-54years,55-64years,65-74years,75-84years of age, the population aged85years and above the prevalence rates were0%,0.7%,1.3%,2.0%,2.9%,2.1%. The results of single factors analysis showed:The farmer, physical labor, pesticide contact history,family history of PD, history of head trauma, living or working in polluted area, heavy metal contact history, eat barbecue may be associated with increased risk of PD, alcohol consumption, exercise, drinking tea,drinking coffee, edible nuts may decrease the risk of PD. Multivariate conditional Logistic regression analysis the results show that:the pesticide exposure history is a risk factors for PD, smoking were protective factor of PD. Further from the research data analysis, pesticide exposure history mainly in Uygur, Kazak mainly nomads, little farming generally to not touch pesticides. Conclusion:Farmers, physical labor, pesticide contact history,family history of PD, history of head trauma, living or working in polluted area, heavy metal contact history, eat barbecue may be a risk factor of PD, alcohol, exercise, smoking, drinking tea, coffee, edible nuts may be a protective factor for PD.
