Objective:To discuss clinical curative effect of minimally invasive percutaneous osteosynthesis (MIPPO) with locking compressive plat(LCP)30cases(experimental group) and traditional open reduction and internal fixation treatment42cases(control group). Methods:Operation time, operating bleeding voleme, operating length and fracture complications postsurgery were analyzed statistically between the two group. Results:all patients were followed up with a mean time of10.9months, all patients healed, no operation complications occured, such as postoperative bleeding, blood vessel injury, nerve injury, tedon injury. The function of all the injured limbs in MIPPO group recovered, no anchylosis occurred. X-ray showed, the fracture of tibia and fibula healed, no fracture nonunion, no palate fractured, no screw loosened.2cased of fracture nonunion,1case of delayed union and lcase of infection in the control group. Conclusion:MIPPO technology is applied in the distal tibial fracture with traditional operation has significant clinical benefit, postoperative patients recovery fast, surgical wound is small and beautiful, less intraoperative blood loss, reduces the blood supply of the fracture end, effectively reduces the fracture nonunion, delayed healing, postoperative complications such as postoperative infection.
