| Objective:to study â…¡, â…¢ type high-energy tibia pilon fractures on the timing of surgery and clinical therapeutic effects of different surgical methods. Methods:our hospital orthopedic center from January2010to January2014were analyzed with follow-up records of26patients with high-energy tibia pilon fractures for clinical data retrospective study, the Tscheme-Gotzen dividing evaluation decision operation time of soft tissue injuries, fractures classification the Ruedi-Allgower parting. The selected operation points:open reduction and internal fixation, external fixation support and fixation combined with limited internal fixation, percutaneous minimally invasive plate screw fixation. A comprehensive evaluation of clinical results according to ankle Mazure scoring criteria.Results:26cases of postoperative patients have been followed up, for3months to24months follow-up time of13.5months.The ankle Mazure criteria to evaluate:12cases,11cases,3cases.Was88.5%;A set of open reduction and internal fixation (early) was30.7%;Group B open reduction and internal fixation (phase ii) was16.7%;Group C percutaneous minimally invasive plate screw fixation was85.7%;AB in the two groups no significant statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:â…¡,â…¢ type high-energy pilon fractures of tibia distal articular surface are often severely comminuted fracture, shift, at the same time with fibula fractures, severe soft tissue injury. For high-energy pilon fractures of the tibial fracture classification and evaluation of soft tissue can choose different ways of operation, various treatments have disadvantages and indications.Percutaneous minimally invasive plate screw fixation significantly reduce postoperative complications, and treatment of high-energy tibia pilon fracture effect is satisfied,... |
