Analysis Of Open Reduction And Limited Internal Fixation Combined With External Fixator For Pilon Fractures Of The Clinical Curative Effect

Research purposesPilon fractures were retrospectively analyzed the etiology and mechanism of injury,more open reduction and limited internal fixation combined with external fixator surgical treatment and the clinical curative effect of surgical treatment of simple internal fixation,Pilon provide alternative treatment for clinical treatment.Research methodsSelection in September 2014-June 2016 treated 62 patients with fracture of Pilon,according to the operation method,divided into observation group and control group patients age.Observation group of patients with distal tibia and limited internal fixation combined with external fixation(orif),the control line open reduction and internal fixation treatment alone.Two groups of patients with postoperative 3 months and 12 months of said Mazur score and index analysis.Results:Two groups of patients with postoperative 3 months and 12 months after the ankle function said Mazur score differences statistically significant(P < 0.05);Two groups of patients with postoperative complications of difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:In fresh closed Pilon fractures standard treatment,open reduction and limited internal fixation combined with external fixator Pilon fracture curative effect is better,the postoperative complications is pure internal fixation for the treatment of relatively small,ankle joint function recovery.
