Objective: To discuss pathogenic strains’genetic characteristics of tinea capitis inXinjiang region, identification of isolates from tinea capitis in Xinjiang by usingmulti-loci phylogenetic tree.To procvide scientific information for sickness preventionand diagnoses of tinea capitis in Xinjiang region. Methods: To finish PCR amplificationand gene sequencing and analysis for ITS/EF/Beta-tubulin of22isolates from Xinjiangregion, compare with above related gene sequences of24CBS T-strains meanwhile, theestablish a phylogenetic tree. Evaluate merit and demerit of3genetic locus fromidentification for dermatophytes. Results: So far, we found that Beta-tubulin might be thebest genetic marker when useing multi-loci phylogenetic tree to identify isolates from tinecapitis in Xinjiang. Conclusion: We identified seven populations in isolates from tineacapitis in Xinjiang by using multi-loci phylogenetic tree.they are:E.floccosum;M.canis;T.ferrugineum;T.schoenleinii;T.tonsurans;T.verrucosum;T.violaceum。 So far, wefound that Beta-tubulin might be the best genetic marker.
