Objective:To explore the correlation between high take-off coronary artery and the coronary atherosclerotic plaque. Methods:Retrospective analysis of7574cases of adults’the CTA images, the high take-off of51cases with complete clinical data matching1:1.Results:1.The high take-off group and the coronary origins the Sinus of Valsalva group in the incidence of atherosclerotic plaque segments have no statistically significant differences (=1.70, P=0.192);the two groups have no statistically significance in the degree of coronary artery stenosis>50%(=0.288, P=0.591); the two groups have no statistically significance in the distribution of coronary atherosclerotic plaque.2. The high take-off group (including the left and right coronary artery both or respectively high take-off and the coronary origins the Sinus of Valsalva group have no statistical significance in the narrow segments and the narrow degree integral distribution. Conclusion:The correlation between high take-off coronary and the coronary atherosclerotic plaque formation have no clear direct relationship. |
