Objective:To demonstrate that perioperative blood transfusion used in spinal su rgery, can effectively reduce the input of perioperative allogeneic blood, reduce the cost of patients with perioperative blood transfusion, and reduce the incidence of va rious complications related to perioperative. Methods:ASA class in Ⅰ-Ⅱ, age14, or higher, perioperative Hb may be less than10g/dl, elective general anesthesia do wnlink spinal surgical treatment of100patients, randomly divided into two groups, blood transfusion indications group (experimental group) and lOg group (control gro up).The blood transfusion patients group (treatment group) of hemoglobin at7to10g/dl,10g group (control group) according to "clinical blood transfusion technology s pecification" will the patient’s hemoglobin remain above lOg.Main observation index es:patients with the ratio of input suspended red blood cells, the number of input quantity of suspended red blood cells, blood transfusion, hemoglobin values in the d ifferent periods, and had the flow rate and postoperative hemoglobin value, the occu pancy rate of ICU, the patients’ time in hospital and transfusion related fees, the tot al cost in hospital. Results:this study included100cases of patients with success, for excluding patients refused to subsequent research in4cases, including bloodtran sfusion indications group (experimental group) and47cases, lOg group of49cases (control group). Intraoperative postoperative patients blood transfusion were11(24.4%),17(36.1%) and control group in postoperative transfusion, a total of25people (51%),24(48.9%).Input the proportion of red blood cells, the perioperative period in patients with experimental blood transfusion amount is lower than the control grou p significantly (P<0.05), statistically significant difference; Compared two groups of postoperative hemoglobin values within24h, statistically significant (P<0.05); Afte r72h compared two groups of hemoglobin value, no statistical significance (P>0.0 5); Experimental group and control group at postoperative6h of no statistical differe nee (P>0.05),24h after surgery of statistically significant (P<0.05), compared to72h after induced flow also has statistical difference (P<0.05), compared to the numb er of days in the remoal of drainage tube (P<0.05), statistically difference; Two gro ups compared to the total number of days in hospital, P=0.523, P>0.05no statistica1difference, there was no significant difference; But compared postoperative hospital ization days, patients significantly lower than the control group, P=0.031, P<0.05, st atistically difference; Two groups during hospitalization, blood transfusion compared statistically significant (P<0.05);The total hospitalization expenses compared statistical ly significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:investigate perioperative blood transfusion indica tions score can significantly reduce the number of blood transfusion and transfusion spinal surgery, lower in-hospital total costs and expenses and perioperative blood tr ansfusion during the incidence of adverse events, effectively save the existing resour ces of blood.
