Clinical Study On The Optimization Of Acute Cerebral Infarction Treatment Plan With The Acupuncture Treatment Of Tong Nao Huo Luo

Objective:the acupuncture treatment of Tong Nao Huo Luo of the treatment of acute cerebral infarction (ACI) patients were confirmed that can significantly improve patients after onset of the NIHSS score and the Barthel index (BI),reduce the morbidity of patients, improve the quality of life of the patient in clinical and experimental research. But there are still finding out some problem of the too many scalp acupunctures and manipulation quantization. So we conduct clinical experiment to optimize the scalp acupoint selection, and stimulating parameters on electroacupuncture.Methods:One hundred and eighty acute cerebral infarction (ACI)patients are selected from encephalopathy department of the Third affiliated hospital of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese medicine since January,2012toMarch,2014to be the experimental subject. On the basis of the summary analysis about the acupuncture treatment of Tong Nao Huo Luo, we investigate the different combination of three different levels of two factors about the scalp acupoint and stimulating parameters on electroacupuncture (the scalp acupoint:scalp acupuncture optimization group I,optimization group Ⅱ and original scalp acupuncture group; stimulating parameters on electroacupuncture:2Hz,50Hz,100Hz) so that we can obtain the best combination through the observation and analysis of the NIHSS score-v the brief Fugl-Meyer motor scale and the Barthel index (BI).Results:1、there are no statistically significant between the three groups. We suggest group I and group Ⅱ alternate use.It can play a role of two groups of respective already, also can avoid the same point of continuous stimulation caused by the effects of fatigue.2.No obvious difference was found between different low frequency electric acupuncture scheme curative effect,so clinical can choose between2-100Hz. We suggest choose to stimulate the pain small2Hz.
