Clinical Research Of Intervening Scalp Treatment Of Acute Cerebral Infarction On Different Time

Objective:Observe the different time to intervene Scalp treatment of acute cerebral infarction,Seek Scalp involved in the timing of treatment,optimization of scalp acupuncture treatment programs.Methods:150patients meet the diagnostic criteria of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into five groups, group A conventional drug therapy; group B, C, D and E, in the conventional drug treatment on the basis of, respectively, from a different point in time involved in head14days after the reference of acupuncture treatment, group B in the course of the disease within24hours of group C in the course of3days, group D in the course of7days, group E in the course of14days, respectively, started scalp acupuncture, daily consecutive acupuncturemodified Edinburgh+the Scandinavia rating scale to evaluate the clinical efficacy in the treatment of five patients and analyzed statistically.Results:A, B, C, D, E treatment of neurological deficit score decreased, the decrease in ascending order according to group A, group E, group B, group C and Group D, there is alwaysefficiency of76.67%followed by83.33%,96.67%,96.67%,96.67%. By the t test and Ridit test, group A with the other four group comparison, there are significant differences (P<0.05); E, B, C, D, three group comparison, there are significant differences,(P<0.05); Group B, group C, group D among the three groups, no significant difference, P>0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion:Scalp treatment of acute cerebral infarction is effective, the onset of a week the three time points involved in the efficacy of acupuncture was no significant difference involved in the scalp acupuncture, but with the onset of two weeks there are significant differences, indicating the onset of1week as the firstthe best time of the acupuncture treatment.
