| Objective:To evaluate the clinical curative effect of type2diabetic nephropathy with Proprietary Chinese medicine Huobahuagen tablet, and explore the relation between DN and HGF, TGF-beta1. By observing the blood,urine routine,the function of liver and kidney, and the adverse events, make a preliminary evaluation to its safety.Methods:this study adopts the randomized control study, the jiangsu province hospital endocrinology met inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to clinic and ward of60cases of patients with DN clinical proteinuria were divided into treatment group (traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine therapy) and control group30cases (pure western medicine treatment),3months for a period of treatment. Observe two groups before and after treatment of related indicators (including urinary ACR, UTP, blood glucose, blood pressure, blood lipid, serum levels of HGF, urine TGF-beta1), and comparative analysis.Results:(1) two groups of TCM symptoms curative effect comparison:treatment group total effective rate was90%, control group total effective rate was30%, the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group (P<0.01).(2) two groups of curative effect of TCM syndrome integral index comparison:the treatment group curative effect index was57.5%, the control efficacy index was25.0%, the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.01).(3) two groups of clinical curative effect comparison:two groups after treatment of urinary ACR, UTP, SBP, DBP, blood lipid, Scr are significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05), two groups of blood glucose after treatment than before treatment there was no significant difference (P>0.05), the treatment group after treatment of urinary ACR, UTP, SBP, blood lipids, Scr decreased obviously better than the control group after treatment, the treatment group after treatment the blood sugar, DBP, and little differences between the control group after treatment (P>0.05).(4) compare two groups of cytokine levels, TGF-beta1level of the two groups after treatment than before treatment significantly decreased (P<0.01), two groups of HGF levels significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.01), and the treatment group after treatment TGF-beta1drop and HGF rise were significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).(5) the correlation between serum levels of HGF and urine TGF-beta1research:Pearson correlation analysis showed that HGF and TGF-beta1showed a negative correlation (r=0.264, P<0.05). Conclusion:1. The colquhounia root tablet can effectively reduce the patients with type2diabetic nephropathy TGF-beta1level, elevated in patients with type2diabetic nephropathy HGF levels, in a state of reciprocal balance, with the role of immune regulation;2. The colquhounia root tablet can effectively reduce the type2diabetic nephropathy patients with urinary ACR, UTP, level of blood pressure, blood fat, Scr, improve TCM symptoms in patients with type2diabetic nephropathy, has good clinical curative effect;3.Colquhounia root tablet in the treatment of type2diabetic nephropathy, there is no significant adverse events, blood and urine routine, liver and kidney function not seen obvious abnormity, it is a kind of safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparations. |
