ObjectiveChronic anorectal pain is a common clinical functional anorectal disease. Currently,there are still some difficulties in diagnosing and treating of this disease.Acupuncture has advantages in treating of chronic anorectal pain, This article through studies of acupuncture by BL33and BL34treatment of chronic anorectal pain, provide a new approach for the treatment of the diseaseMethodsSelect20cases of patients with chronic anorectal pain, randomly divided into two groups, acupuncture therapy respectively, the experimental group to join in BL33and BL34, The remaining treatment two sets are same, after2sessions(10treatments were a session), their determination results were analyzed; And comparing the two groups before and after treatment, to evaluate curative effect in patients with chronic anorectal pain.ResultsAfter treating for2sessions:1case was cured (2.5%),4cases were markedly effective(40%),5cases were effective(50%) and0cases were invalid(0%), the total efficiency was90%;SF-36sored higher than pretherapy in7items including:physical runctioning,social functioning, vitality, mental health, role-emotional, role-physical, bodily pain (P<0.05) Compared with control group, curative effect is superior to the control group.Contusion1. Treating FARP by acupuncture BL33and BL34was effective.2. Acupuncture can lower hypermyotonia, accommodate automatic nervous system(ANS)¢ral nervous system(CNS) and improve function of pelvic floor muscle by using eight-liao point (BL33,BL34).
