FAP is a common disease, the tendency of morbidity rises year by year. FAP is an independent disease, But at present,the curative effect of FAP by sitz baths is good in the clinically. Biofeedback training is performed using visual,auditory or verbal feedback techniques.The instrument used to provide feedback can either be a mannometry probe or EMG electrode that is inserted into the anorectum.The goals of biofeedback therapy in a patient are a process whereby information on patients' bodily functions are displayed to individuals so they may alter their responses to alleviate symptoms.These techniques have been used in the treatment of a number of conditions,but there is little known about the use of this modality in the treatment of FAP.Purpose: it is necessity to identify a reasonable method, and this method should be a ideal one in the person of traditional Chinese medicine. Observation on the differences of Acupuncture associating with biofeedback feedback therapy and sitz baths, different mental state and different pattern. These would be a basement in the future.Method: Selecting cases according to the diagnostic criteria,internalizing standard,and exelusion criteria for Primary dysmenorrhea.Patients are divided into acupuncture associating with biofeedback Group,the sitz baths group.To observe the clinical efficacy of Primary dysmenorrhea. acupuncture associating with biofeedback Group treatments:a Chosing acupoint of Stomach meridian, ,the course of treatment is 2 weeks,once perday.30 minutes.sitz baths group treatments: warm water the course of treatment is 2 weeks, twice perday, 15～20 minutes.Comparing the curative effect before treating and after treating. Comparing the curative effect between two methods.Result:Compared with sitz baths group and acupuncture associating with biofeedback Group, acupuncture associating with biofeedback Group effective than sitz baths group, acupuncture associating with biofeedback Group can significantly improve the cure rate and overall efficiency.acupuncture associating with biofeedback for better synergy effeet,and that the method is simple,safe,extensive clinical application.
