Purpose:This research through the observation after treated with Wandai Decoction and auricular point press pressure type of the clinical curative effect, under the inflammatory spleen deficiency after discussed with Wandai Decoction and auricular point press pressure method and the pure Chinese traditional medicine the method treat type spleen deficiency with soup of the clinical curative effect of difference、can provide a more safe, convenient, and effective method to treat Spleen Deficiency of non inflammatory fluor disease.Methods:In strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria of TCM, western medicinethe inclusion criteria, selected from2013January-2014year in March in Changzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology clinic patientswith deficiency of the spleen in60cases, noninflammatory leucorrhea diseasediagnostic criteria consistent, in accordance with the principle of randomization of60patients were randomly divided into2groups, Traditional Chinese medicine combined with auricular plaster therapy group,30cases in each. After scientific design and strict, the treatment and observation of3treatment, to prohibit sex life are the treatment process. The end of the treatment, the clinical data timely summary, statistical analysis was performed by means of SPSS system.Results:This study collected60cases of qualified patients, patient age, production time, pregnancy, TCM syndrome before treatment and integralstatistical analysis showed no statistical significance, the two groups of datacomparability.To observe and analyze the two groups after the treatment, TCM syndrome score was significantly lower than that of before, the effect of two kinds of methods of treatment are remarkable, there were significant differences(P<0.01).Comparing the two groups after treatment of the TCM syndrome total score, there are statistically significant differences (P<0.05). It is suggested that Chinese medicine plus auricular point group to improve the spleen deficiency symptoms integral effect than the traditional Chinese medicine group.The two groups after treatment onset time was significantly different (P<0.01), Chinese medicine plus auricular point group compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group has a rapid onset. The total curative effect comparison, Chinese medicine group of30cases,17cases were cured, accounting for56.70%, effective in7cases, accounting for23.30%, effective in2cases, accounting for6.70%, invalid4cases, accounting for13.30%, the total efficiency of86.67%; Chinese medicine therapy group of30cases,23cases were cured, accounting for76.70%, effective in5cases, accounting for16.70%, effective in1cases, accounting for3.30%, invalid1cases, accounting for3.30%, the total efficiency of96.66%. From the results it can be seen that, there was no significant difference in the total efficiency of two groups.Conclusion:1, To observe and analyze the two groups’ outcome after the treatment, TCM syndrome integral were lower than before treatment, the treatment effect is remarkable, that end with Tonga of auricular plaster therapy, Chinese traditional medicine law of spleen deficiency of non inflammatory fluor disease have certain curative effect, and has safety.2, complete with Tonga auricular plaster therapy group the total effective rate was slightly higher than that of pure Chinese medicine group, to improve the spleen deficiency symptoms and symptom onset time than the pure Chinese medicine group has obvious advantages.
