Objective:Young ACI is gradually noted by people as cerebral infarction caughtby people who are between18and45years old. Youth by observing99cases of ACI,to explore the main risk factors and its characteristics,in order to achieve earlyintervention, early prevention and reduce the incidence of a disease and morbidity. Methods:The subjects of the study are99consecutive young acute cerebralinfarction patients confirmed by head CT or MRI in Chenzhou NO.1hospital fromOctober2011to October2013. Their blood lipid and fasting blood sugar werechecked in3days after confirmation and the HCY、ACA、CRP、ANA、ANCA、ANCA、ECG、UCG and neck vessels colour were inspected in one week. TheTOAST classification method is applied to study youth ACI characteristies. The riskfactors of stroke and the distribution of stroke subtypesare studied as well.Results:(1) The incidence of cerebral infarction in young patients with cerebral infarctionwas accounted for4.38%, the ratio of male incidences and female incidences is2:1,youth cerebral infarction incidence and population distribution, work pressure and soon were effected the incidence of cerebral infarction in young patients.(2) The incidence of cerebral infarction in young adults increased with increasingage, and reached a maximum of67.68%at a age of36-45years old.(3) The outcome of TOAST etiology classification is that the main causes of theyoung group are: small artery disease (SAD) of34.34%,large artery atherosclerosis(LAA) of27.27%, cardiogenic embolism (CE) of21.21%,stroke of otherdermonstrated etiology (SOE) of12.12%and stroke of undermonstrated etiology(SUE) of5.05%. (4) The level of serum hsCRP, IL-1and IL-6in patients with LAA was higherthan other subtypes (P <0.05).(5) Risk factors from high to low: hyperlipidemia (52.53%), high homocysteine(49.49%), high blood pressure(46.46%),diabetes(27.27%),smoking(21.21%), drinking(20.20%).Conclusion:(1) This study found that small artery disease(SAD)、large artery atherosclerosis(LAA) and cardio embolism(CE) were the most common TOAST typing among thegroup.(2)The inflammatory response played a role in the pathogenesis of the largeartery atherosclerosis (LAA) cerebral infarction in young.(3) Hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking, drinking, high Hcy wereimportant independent risk factors of cerebral infarction in young.
