Objective Magnetic resonance imaging analysis of intracranial arterial lesions with high resolution, including plaque(distribution, reconstruction, hemorrhage),vascular stenosis(location, degree and no occlusion)etc.the imaging features of the detection results;evaluation of high resolution nuclear magnetic application value in cerebral infarction in TOAST typing. Methods Select the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University School of medicine for acute cerebral infarction diagnosed by CT/MRI in 60 patients, after admission to collect the general information of the patients,on the basis of laboratory examination, carotid ultrasound,ECG,ambulatory blood pressure and patient medical history, symptoms and signs of the preliminary TOAST type, then high resolution magnetic resonance imaging(T1WI,T2 WI,PDWI,FLAIR,CUBE-T1 Series)examination, evaluation of intracranial arteries and carotid artery intimal thickening, stenosis, plaque, plaque nature, plaque distribution and plaque remodeling and no bleeding. The Department of Radiology experts read, audit, report, again for the TOAST type.To analyze the general data of five types of cerebral infarction, compare the percentage of general examination with high resolution magnetic resonance imaging, and evaluate the significance of high resolution magnetic resonance imaging in the classification of cerebral infarction.Results(1)60 patients underwent high resolution MRI before the comparison of general information, hypertension, diabetes and coronary heart disease in large artery atherosclerosis and arteriolar occlusion accounted for high proportion of cerebral infarction;Low density lipoprotein cholesterol, homocysteine,Cystatin C,the five groups were statistically significant difference(P<0.05);(2)High resolution magnetic resonance imaging of extracranial intracranial vascular findings: bilateral intracranial arteries in the brain before and after extracranial artery atherosclerosis and atherosclerotic plaque, stenosis, performance is also concentrated in large artery atherosclerosis group and small artery occlusion group.(3)There was no significant difference between the percentages of the five components of the general average test and the high resolution nuclear magnetic resonance(P>0.05);atherosclerosis group, small artery occlusion group the proportion has increased, and the proportion of patients with unexplained decline of 5%,cardioembolism,known causes the proportion of patients without change. Conclusion 1 High resolution nuclear magnetic resonance imaging has a high degree of recognition of intracranial and extracranial vascular lesions.2 High resolution nuclear magnetic resonance is of great significance in the etiology, diagnosis and classification of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. It is an important reference for the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction and the two level prevention.
