Objective:The biomechanical stability of the different internal fixation methods of transcervical femoral neck fracture of children were studied by the three-dimensional finite element analysis, the comparison of the internal fixation methods of the three different fixation systems offers some theoretical mechanics proofs in clinical selection of treatments of femoral neck fracture of children.Methods:By CT scanning normal young male’s femur to get related materials to build three-dimensional finite element model.Establish three-dimensional finite element model of transcervical femoral neck fracture of children(right),by using Mimics10.0> GeoMagic Studio11.0、Ansys14.0.According to the data of Kirschner wire、Hollow screw、External fixator to build three-dimensional finite element model,then put it into transcervical femoral neck fracture model.Set boundary condition and load conditions on three conditions in normal gait,and to do finite element analyze,so we get the distributing map of femur、impalnts and fracture cross-section’s displacement and displacement value、 stress and stress value.In this way to compare the stability of three-different fixing methods.Results:Establish the3-D FEA models of the transcervical femoral neck fracture of children with different fixation systems,and set boundary condition and load conditions on three conditions in normal gait.The stress of External fixator fixation system’s femur and implant is lower than the others,and the displacement of femur is lower than others.The displacement of screw fixation system’s implant is lower than others.The screw fixation system is better than others in different direction fracture cross-section.but there is no significant differences between the screw fixation system and External fixator fixation system,there is significant differences between Screw fixation system、External fixator fixation system and Kirschner fixation system. Conclusions:According to the analyzing the three-dimensional finite element of three different fixation systems, the comparison shows that External fixator group is slightly better than the others.
