Femoral neck fractures are common in clinical,which can complicated with the avascular necrosis of femoral head in later period.Traditionally,expect for surgical technique,the internal fixations also controlled by doctor's practical experience which usually leads to the rationality of structural mechanics ignored and lacks of scientific theory in clinic.This thesis regards the selection of different internal fixations in femoral neck fracture as the main research object,calculates the stress and strain results of different internal fixations in the same loading by ANSYS and optimizes the internal fixations according to the evaluation criteria.This thesis includes the following three aspects.First,establish friendly and convenient interactive interface.According to the process of ANSYS finite element analysis,the virtual surgery optimal system for femoral neck fracture is divided into three modules: the parameterized preprocessing module,the finite element solution module and the post-processing module.The parameterized preprocessing module mainly completes the input of patient's fracture parameters and internal fixation parameters;the finite element solution module mainly realizes running the commands in ANSYS batch mode;the post-processing module mainly completes the acquisition of results and rationally selects the internal fixation according to the results.Secondly,based on the parametric ideological,respectively compiled the parameterized APDL code of femoral neck,compiled the parameterized APDL code of internal fixation corresponding to different internal fixations,parameterized APDL code of meshing,parameterized APDL code of load constraint,and parameterized APDL code of post-processing.Finally,establish communication interface between the virtual surgery optimal system and ANSYS,interface between the parameterized preprocessing module and corresponding to APDL code.The former makes the virtual surgery system can execute by ANSYS in the background and run the commands in ANSYS batch mode.The latter makes the patient's fracture parameters and internal fixation parameters which were written in the parameterized preprocessing module can transfer tocorresponding parameterized APDL code.That ensures the feasibility and rationality of the virtual surgery system of femoral neck fracture.In summary,the purpose of this thesis is to establish the virtual surgery optimal system of femoral neck fracture.The system strives to realize the analysis in ANSYS batch mode on the condition that only have CT images and optimizes the analysis results,which can help doctors optimize the internal fixation.From the engineering point of view,the thesis provides the theoretical guidance to select the internal fixations in clinical.
