| Objective To explore the application value of high frequencyultrasound in dynamic observation on the therapeutic effect of pathologicalscar with local injection of diprospan. Methods Thirty-nine patients who received diprospan therapy(treatment group) and20patients without diprospan therapy (control group)was enrolled. High frequency ultrasound biomicroscopy (HFB,40MHz)was used to observe the dynamic changes of the depth and diameter, andDFY ultrasound image analyzer was used to measure the areaã€intensity andgrey of the scar, VSS was combined to assessed the scar.Result In treatment group,on the31th,61th and91th day afterinjection, the depth and diameter measured with HFB are significantlydecreased,so did the area, intensity and grey index compared withpre-injection(all p<0.05).In addition,VSS scMeasured with DFY, the Areaã€Intensity〠Grey index significantly decreased compared withpre-injection(all p<0.05).In addition, the scores by the Vancouver Scar Scalhave significantly decreased compared with pre-injection(p<0.01). Conclusion HFB may be used as a real-time, non-invasiveobservation method to evaluate therapeutic effect of local injection ofdiprospan for pathological scar, therefore being valuable in clinicalapplication. |
