Objective:To evaluate the value of CT multiple phase scan in detection of hepatic solid space-occupying lesions. Methods:Fifty cases of hepatic nodules patients were enrolled in this study.38males and12females were included. The ages ranged from24-78years, mean age was51.23±11.21years. The maximum diameter of the lesion was5cm, mean diameter was2.86±1.12cm.counting the lesions in different CT scanning project to comparative analysis of the detection rate of lesions. Results:In CT plain scan the detection rate of lesions was64.10%(75/117), in Arterial phase the detection rate of lesions was99.14%(116/117), in portal venous phase the detection rate of lesions was78.63%(92/117).in delayed phase the detection rate of lesions was76.92%(90/117).There was significantly difference as compared CT plain scan with CT enhanced scan (p<0.05).There was also difference as compared Arterial phase with other two phases(p<0.05).There was no difference as compared portal venous phase with portal venous phase(p=0.4404).Conclusion:CT multiple phase scan can effectively improve the accuracy in diagnosis of hepatic solid space-occupying lesions. |
