Objectives:To observe the change of serum APPL1, ADP in patients with newly diagnosed type2diabetes mellitus and its relationship with HOMA-IR, blood glucose, lipids and insulin.Methods:80patients with newly diagnosed type2diabetes mellitus were enrolled in this study, and another80healthy persons served as control group. Their height, body weight, blood pressure, waistline, hipline, fasting plasma glucose, fasting serum insulin, hemoglobin Alc, triglyceride, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein were measured, WHR, BMI and HOMA-IR were calculated then. APPL1and ADP were analyzed by ELISA. At last, the date was arranged for statistical analysis.Results:1. Compared with normal persons, the level of APPL1in newly diagnosed type2diabetes was increased, the level of ADP was declined(P <0.05).2. Compared with non-obesity group, the level of APPL1and ADP in obesity group were declined, HOMA-IR was increased (P<0.05).3. APPL1significantly related to ADP in two groups (P<0.05)4. In multiple stepwise regression analysis, ADP, HBA1c, HOMA-IR and FPG exhibited contributions to APPL1.Conclusions:1.This study showed the increase of APPLland the decline of ADP in newly diagnosed type2diabetes, and they showed relation with HBAlc, suggesting that hyperglycemia could influence the level of APPL1and ADP.2. APPL1was positive correlation with ADP in two groups, suggesting that showed the elevation of APPL1may be related with the decline of ADP.3. APPL1was negative correlation with HOMA-IR, and APPL1may be associated with insulin resistance.
