The Clinical Research Of The Technology Of Seminal Vesiculoscopy In Refractory Hemospermia

Objective:To discuss the clinical effects and advantages of the technology of transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy, compared with the traditional treatment in curing the refractory hemospermia caused by seminal vesicle diseases.Methods:This research chose50cases of patients of hemospermia caused by seminal vesicle gland diseases from2012.2to2014.2in Xiangya Hospital, central south university. According to patients’ subjective requirements, we sorted the patients into conservative treatment group and surgical treatment group.Record blood cell counts, red blood cell counts,chief complaints of hematospermia improvement, quality of life score at before treatment and1st month,3rd month,6th month after the start of treatment。 All results were statistically analyzed by SPSS21.0software and then compared in pair of the situation before and after treatment in each group. We set P<0.05for the difference, which means significant meanings.Results:1. No significant difference (P>0.05) was found in1st month after treatment in both groups when the obvious difference (P<0.05) appeared in3rd、6th months after treatment.2.In3rd、6th and12th months after the treatment,the curative effect of transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy surgery is significantly superior to conservative treatment group and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy could observe seminal vesicle clearly and is a commendable method for hemospermia.2.The transurethral seminal vesiculoscopy has advantages over conservative treatment in improving the curative effect of hemospermia in longer time.As a simple drug can improve a good supplement when poor treatment.
