| Objective: In this study,the patients with chronic hematospermia seminal vesiculitis(CHSV)in the male outpatient department of Hebei Province Hospital were selected as the subjects.By observing the change of the semen parameters,the number of RBC,Seminal fructose content,maximum flow rate(MFR),average flow rate(AFR),seminal vesicle width and seminal vesicle volume,to study the therapeutic effect of Guizhi Fuling Fang on Chronic hematospermia seminal vesiculitis based on the idea of its influence on sperm quality,and explore its mechanism from the perspective of biochemical,urodynamic and medical Imaging.Methods: According to the treatment sequence number of patients,the patients with chronic hematospermia seminal vesiculitis diagnostic standard were selected as the subjects and numbered from December 2015 to December 2016 in the male outpatient hospital of Hebei Province Hospital.The patients were randomly divided into group,Yunnan Baiyao group and Guizhi Fuling Fang group by using statistical random number table,based on the course of less than 3 months,from 3 to 12 months,more than 12 months stratified equilibrium.A total of 109 cases were included in the clinical observation,including Yunnan Baiyao group of 53 cases,Guizhi Fuling Fang group of 56 cases.All the patients must disable other drugs and treatment methods 15 days.After a washout period,Yunnan Baiyao group was given Yunnan Baiyao capsule,each 2,4 times a day;Guizhi Fuling Fang group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine,which were made cream formula in the provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine decoction,the shelf life of 90 days,1 dose daily,2 times.The 2 groups were treated with a course of 30 days,followed by a follow-up of 1 months after the treatment was completed.By observing the changes of the semen parameters,the number of RBC,Seminal fructose content,MFR,AFR,seminal vesicle width and seminal vesicle volume before and after treatment in 2 groups,to compare the clinical curative effect of 2 groups of patients and their side effects,safety assessment of Guizhi Fuling Fang.Results:1 A total of 12 patients were lost during the period,the loss rate was 11%,5 cases of Yunnan Baiyao group were removed,7 cases of Guizhi Fuling group shed cases,the final total of 97 cases were selected as clinical observation subjects,Yunnan Bai Yao Group 48 Cases,Guizhi Poria group 49 cases;2 The age of 2 groups patients were between 22 to 65 years,through t test,P=0.618.the disease Course of 2 groups were between 1 to 16.5 months,through Mann-Whitney U test,P=0.622,there is no significant difference in age and the disease Course of 2 groups;3 Comparison of clinical effects between 2 groups: The cured rate and marked rate and effective rate in the Yunnan Baiyao group of 48 cases were 14.58%,20.83%,31.25%,and 38.78%,36.73,14.29% in the Guizhi Fuling Fang group of 49 cases.Respectively,the total effective rate in the Guizhi Fuling Fang group reached 89.80% and that was 66.67% in the Yunnan Baiyao group.Through chi-square test: χ2=16.487,P=0.001.There is significant difference between the two groups in the efficacy,which indicated that the Clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Fang was better than that of Yunnan Baiyao;4 Compare the change of sperm count: After 30 days treatment,Sperm count in Yunnan Baiyao group were changed from 3.43±1.26 mL to 3.43±1.24 mL,and that was from 3.78±1.27 mL to 4.13±1.19 mL.Through t test,there is on significant difference between the two groups in the sperm count(P>0.05);5 Compare the change of the rate of sperm activity: After 30 days treatment,the rate of sperm activity in Yunnan Baiyao group were increased from 24.75±7.62% to 27.75±7.14%,and that was from 23.29±4.47% to 32.98±8.07%.Through Mann-Whitney U test,Guizhi Fuling Fang can increased the rate of sperm activity better than Yunnan Baiyao with a significant difference(P<0.05);6 Compare the change of the rate of sperm forward movement: After 30 days treatment,the rate of sperm forward movement in Yunnan Baiyao group were increased from 18.77±6.84% to 22.06±6.30%,and that was from 17.55±3.63% to 25.67±6.38%.Through Mann-Whitney U test,Guizhi Fuling Fang can increased the rate of sperm forward movement better than Yunnan Baiyao with a significant difference(P<0.05);7 Compare the change of the RBC: After 30 days treatment,the number of RBC in Yunnan Baiyao group were decreased from 43.96±14.02/HP to 20.13±19.41 /HP,and that was from 45.29±13.81 /HP to 8.71±14.65 /HP,Through Mann-Whitney U test,Guizhi Fuling Fang can decreased the number of RBC better than Yunnan Baiyao with a significant difference(P<0.01);8 Compare the change of seminal fructose content: after 30 days treatment,the seminal fructose content in Yunnan Baiyao group were increased from 7.71±1.66 μmol/an ejaculation to 13.25±2.79 μmol/an ejaculation,and that was from 7.29±1.11 μmol/an ejaculation to 15.95±3.35 μmol/an ejaculation.Through t test,Guizhi Fuling Fang can increased the seminal fructose content better than Yunnan Baiyao with a significant difference(P<0.01);9 Compare the change of seminal vesicle width: After 30 days treatment,through Mann-Whitney U test,the seminal vesicle width in Yunnan Baiyao group were decreased from 2.83±0.43 cm to 2.61±0.43 cm with no significant difference(P>0.05),and that was from 2.85± 0.54 cm down to 1.81±0.42 cm with a significant difference(P<0.05)in Guizhi Fuling Fang group.Which indicated that decreasing seminal vesicle width of Guizhi Fuling Fang was far better than Yunnan Baiyao with a significant difference(P<0.05);10 Compare the change of seminal vesicle volume: after 30 days treatment,through Mann-Whitney U test,the seminal vesicle volume in Yunnan Baiyao group were decreased from 11.25±3.91 cm3 to 10.10±3.43 cm3 with no significant difference(P>0.05),and that was from 11.71±5.73 cm3 down to 4.84±2.24 cm3 with a significant difference(P<0.05)in Guizhi Fuling Fang group.Which indicated that decreasing seminal vesicle volume of Guizhi Fuling Fang was far better than Yunnan Baiyao with a significant difference(P<0.05);11 Compare the change of MFR: after 30 days treatment,through Mann-Whitney U test,the MFR in Yunnan Baiyao group were increased from 13.29±2.86 mL/s to 14.44±2.41 mL/s with no significant difference(P>0.05),and that was from 13.02±3.12 mL/s up to 18.22±2.33 mL/s with a significant difference(P<0.05)in Guizhi Fuling Fang group.Which indicated that increasing MFR of Guizhi Fuling Fang was far better than Yunnan Baiyao with a significant difference(P<0.05);12 Compare the change of AFR: After 30 days treatment,through Mann-Whitney U test,the AFR in Yunnan Baiyao group were increased from 8.29±2.41 mL/s to 9.04±2.85 mL/s with no significant difference(P>0.05),and that was from 7.71±2.07 mL/s to 10.49±2.75 mL/s with a significant difference(P<0.01)in Guizhi Fuling Fang group.Which indicated that increasing AFR of Guizhi Fuling Fang was far better than Yunnan Baiyao with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Guizhi Fuling Fang can not only effectively reduce the number of RBC in semen,MFR and AFR,reduce the seminal vesicle width,restore seminal vesicle volume,but also can significantly improve Seminal fructose content indicating that Guizhi Fuling Fang can not only effectively reduce the urethral resistance,improve the expansion and deposition of seminal vesicle,to restore the smooth road,so as to effectively treat chronic hematospermia seminal vesiculitis,and can improve the secretion of seminal glands.The quality of sperm,which significantly reduce the blood essence of seminal vesiculitis in patients with mental stress,improve its quality of life,to promote family happiness and build a harmonious society have a profound impact.This study found that Guizhi Fuling bolus treatment of chronic hematospermia seminal vesiculitis effective,no obvious side effects,it is worthy of clinical
