Bacground and objective:Breast cancer has been a serious public health problem worldwide now.Looking for more effective treatment of breast cancer has been the hot topic of the international community. Traditional treatment such as surgery, adjuvant chemotherapy and adjuvant radiotherapy has been improved the prognosis of breast cancer greetly, when tumor cells are killed by these treatments, normal cells also can be damaged, how to get rid of the breast cancer cells at the same time reduce normal cells’damage is meaningful. Biological treatment is a new treatment method, the patient’s immune cells are filtered, amplified in vitro and then injected back to patients, these cells can enhance the capacity of the patient’s immune, inhibit tumor progress and kill tumor cells, with the development of the research on biological treatment in recent years, many clinical trials have proved that exact and effective immune treatment, compared with the traditional therapy of biological treatment, has obvious advantages. The natural killer (NK) cell which is from the bone marrow hematopoietic tissue and belongs to the natural immune system, plays an important role in human immune system. The activation of NK cell without antigen-presenting, no MHC restriction and independent of antibody, can be stimulated quickly.NK cells play an important role to inhibit the growth and evolution of breast cancer in the early stage of breast cancer.This article aims to explore the expression of CD57+NK cells in breast cancer tissue and the influence of the distribution level on the prognosis of breast cancer, and Provide the basis for the biological treatment of breast cancer.Methods:All objects are come from the central south university xiangya2nd hospital, which were taken modified eradicative operation of breast cancer from March2001to December2008and analyzed by pathological. All specimens are managed by formalin and paraffin.Of all the95cases, there are11patients are lost and84cases of patients with a relatively complete follow-up date. The immunohistochemical S-P method is used to detect the number of CD57+NK cells express and level, The SPSS17.0software is used for statistical analysis..Result:Kaplan-meier single factor analysis is used to analysis the relationship between CD57+NK cells and DFS and OS of breast cancer, the CD57+NK cells within the breast tissue have significant differences on the prognosis of breast cancer, P <0.001.2. CD57+NK cells in the tissue of breast cancer were Significantly related to clinical stage,and histological stage of breast cancer,and had no relation with the age, ER, PR, andHER-2.Conclusion:1. The expression of CD57+NK cells can significantly affect the prognosis of patients with breast cancer.2. The expression of CD57+cells is affected by breast cancer.
