OBJECTIVE:To detect the expression lever of relevant miRNAs in serum of osteosarcoma patients and find out the potential candidate miRNA for diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma.MATERIALS AND METHODS:The expression lever of relevant miRNAs in serum was detected by real-time quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR). Serum specimens were divided into two groups:1、the group of ostebsarcoma patients who had not chemotherapy;2、healthy control group had17serum specimens,. Detect the expression lever of miR-125b,miR-126,miR-145in serum. Choose cel-miR-39as endogenous control. The correlation between the expression lever of each microRNA and its clinicopathologic features was analyzed by SPSS19.0statistical software. P<0.05was regarded as the statistical criterion.RESULT:1. Three miRNAs can be detected in all serum specimens.2. The low expression level of miR-125b,miR-145were detected in serum of osteosarcoma patients, compared with healthy control group, there is statistics difference(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:miR-125b,miR-126,miR-145can be detected in both serum of osteosarcoma patients and healthy control group. Expression levels in serum of miR-125b,miR-145have signicant difference between osteosarcoma patients and healthy control group. |
