Objective:1) understanding of gestational diabetes mellitus on maternal and infant poorprognosis of gestational hypertension, diabetes ketosis, infection, polyhydramnios, fetalpremature rupture of membrane, postpartum hemorrhage, cesarean section, perineallaceration, macrosomia, neonatal respiratory distress, fetal malformation, fetal intrauterinedeath shows the specific influence, etc.) and their incidence;2) on patients with integratedsystem management of GDM to paint the influence of maternal and infant prognosis, andprovide patients with gestational diabetes care have to prove, intervention of systembasis. Methods: Select confirmed210cases of gestational diabetes patients, among them83cases conducted by personnel system of nursing management for test group, itscondition necessary to insulin treatment; Another127cases of intervention in the controlgroup only routine nursing management of GDM, necessary condition: insulin treatment;Selection period sugar screening of100cases of normal pregnant women as normalcontrol group, the comparison of three groups of maternal and outcomes.Result: Andintervention compared with control group, intervention group during pregnancy weightgain is relatively small, insulin utilization rate has decreased, the maternal and infantprognosis has improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05),however, gestational hypertension, premature rupture of membranes, postpartumhemorrhage and the incidence rate of perineal laceration and intervention in the controlgroup, there is no obvious difference (P>0.05); Compared with normal control group, theincidence of intervention group at some observation indicators have reached or are closeto the normal group, but some prognostic indicators such as hydramnios, the incidence ofcesarean section is still higher than normal control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:(1) poorblood glucose control during pregnancy can result in a series of serious maternal andinfant complications and complications, maternal and child health or life threatening.(2)the integration system management mode not only reduces the insulin utilization rate of pregnant women, and can effectively control the weight gain of pregnant women.(3)scientific and effective comprehensive management can make the GDM patientssignificantly lower the incidence of maternal and infant complications, to some extent caneffectively improve the pregnancy outcome.
