| Objective:Researching the influence of diabetes mellitus to the pregnancy outcome of puerperant.Analyzing the condition of feeding by breast milk and not feeding by it in gestation period.Finding the relevant elements which influence puerperant with diabetes mellitus to feed their child by breast milk.Understanding the cognitive degree of diabetic in gestation period to diabetes mellitus.This thesis can provide some feasible comments and suggestions to avoid and cure the diabetes mellitus in gestation period,improve the cognitive degree of diabetic to diabetes mellitus,and promote diabetics to feed their child by breast milk.Method:Methods a total of 231 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were investigated in a maternity hospital in Changchun from May to April 2016-2017.A total of 5 patients were lost to follow-up,and the complete data of 226 patients were collected.By consulting the case method,the basic information,willingness to breastfeed and the understanding of the disease were recorded in the pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus.The questionnaire survey included: basic situation survey,mother’s cognition of related knowledge,pregnancy outcome,related indications of infant birth,etc..Telephone interviews,the survey of maternal gestational diabetes according to infant feeding situation divided into breastfeeding and non breastfeeding group two,by telephone and tracing back to the hospital to review and record the two groups of maternal postpartum 21 days and 42 days postpartum breast feeding;records of different feeding patterns of maternal glucose recovery,development baby,why stop breastfeeding,and to analyze the influencing factors of breastfeeding.Using SPSS 20 statistical software,the data were statistically analyzed.The related data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and χ2 test.Logistic regression analysis was used for correlation analysis of multiple factors.Variance analysis of repeated measurement of blood glucose,height and weight at different time points.Results:1.The research object of this paper selects in 25 to 29 years of age,accounting for 41.15%;the college degree number,accounting for 46.02%;the majority of maternal pre pregnancy BMI index in the normal range,BMI in 18.5-23.9 kg/m-the number of accounts for about 63.27%.2.Most of the mode of delivery of maternal gestational diabetes for cesarean section,accounting for 58.85%;pregnancy as the research object for the first time,the proportion of 54.42%;term production accounted for 98.67%;the investigation object in <1 hours to open the milk delivery accounted for 97.35% of respondents feeding breastfeeding accounted for 69.03%.3.BMI index of lactating mothers between 18.5 and 23.9 kg/m-was 63.27% and the total weight gain range of 8-32 kg.There were significant differences in BMI at different ages after birth,P<0.05.There were significant differences between different pre pregnancy BMI weeks,P<0.05.Different pre pregnancy BMI blood glucose before delivery was statistically significant,P<0.05.4.The proportion of people aged 25-29 years was 67.74% in pure breast feeding mode,and 32.26% in non exclusive breastfeeding mode in 25-29 years old.The proportion of 68.53% pure breast feeding in BMI18.5-23.9-kg/m,non pure breast feeding in BMI18.5-23.9 kg/m-the proportion of 31.47%.5.The proportion of cesarean section number of breastfeeding was 63.16%,the mode of delivery is the influence factors of gestational diabetes maternal breastfeeding,birth mother breastfeeding probability is 2.158 times of cesarean section mothers(OR=2.158,95%CI,1.154-4.033),P=0.016.6.There were significant differences in blood glucose at different time points before and after delivery,P<0.001.With the recovery time prolonged,blood glucose was significantly reduced,21 days after delivery,the average value of blood sugar after 42 days of delivery was significantly lower than that before childbirth,with statistical difference(F=17.177,P<0.001).7.BMI in 24 kg/m2-27.9 kg/m2(OR=2.481,P=0.028)and BMI ≥ 28 kg/m2(OR=5.215,P=0.006)will increase the risk of macrosomia,pregnancy BMI ≥ 28 kg/m2 will increase the risk of cesarean section(OR=6.462,P=0.019).Conclusion:Through the investigation and analysis of 226 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus in a hospital of Obstetrics and gynecology in Changchun in April 2016-2017 May,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The mothers of gestational diabetes mellitus with natural delivery had higher success rate of exclusive breastfeeding.2.Blood glucose gradually decreased on the 21 days and 42 days after delivery,but the mother’s feeding pattern did not affect the trend of blood sugar decline.3.The risk of cesarean section and macrosomia production in obese women was higher than that in normal weight pregnant women. |
