Accurately assessing the static and dynamic balance ability of the human body and Exploring effective treatment options are urgent problem in balancing rehabilitation projects. It has important and practical significances for the elderly and patients with balance dysfunction. Thus, this paper uses high-precision balance platform to evaluate the balance of human body, and the effects on human body balance ability by external interference based on high-precision force measurement platform.Specifically, the following work was completed:First,Improve the anti-disturbance ability of the high-precision balance platform, and design experiments to verify that the balance platform has good accuracy, and the system can be used for further research. In data analysis, the data is pre-filtered to improve data accuracy.Second,Study the effects on the static balance ability of the human body through visual interference and somatosensory system interference, the noise stimulation and the galvanic vestibular stimulation, based on the methods of time domain and frequency domain, and further verifying based on multi-scale entropy. The research results show that the somatosensory intervention can provide certain information compensation when the visual information is missing, and the body interference makes the body's swing frequency decrease significantly. In addition, galvanic vestibular stimulation and noise stimulation can increase the complexity of the pressure center(COP)bio-signal,improve the static balance of the human body, and the current vestibular stimulation effect is slightly better than the noise stimulation. Then, study the improvement of the dynamic balance of human by galvanic vestibular stimulation. In order to link the experimental test results with the balance control system, this paper firstly decomposes the dynamic test COP signal, and then combines the time domain parameters and multi-scale entropy analysis results.Research results show that current vestibular stimulation can improve the body's dynamic balance ability.Even in the absence of visual feedback, the improvement of the dynamic balance of the human body is still significant. Finally, based on the high-precision force measurement platform, the balance ability of clinical patients is tested.Combined medical evaluation index, using Principal Component Analysis to extract comprehensive evaluation indicators for test results, and using cluster analysis to classify patients' balance recovery, achieving the purpose of dividing the patient's balance ability, providing a clinical basis for the next treatment. This paper conducts research from both static and dynamic aspects, exploring the impact of external disturbances on balance ability.Using time domain, frequency domain,multi-scale entropy analysis and data mining comprehensive analysis the data results, improving the accuracy and scientific of the conclusions. The above research has a certain role in the field of rehabilitation engineering applications.
