Objective： This research through discussing the type of damp-heat andblood stasis tubal infertility after the palace peritoneoscope surgeruy,apply to the methods of qingr ejieduchushi and huayuxiaozhengsanjie whichis belong to the retention enema of TCM. Observation the improvingsituation of damp-heat and blood stasis syndromes、 keeping tubal patency、raising pregnancy rates、 reducing ectopic pregnancy rates, to know theclinical effect of tongbaohuayu Enema combined with The palaceperitoneoscope surgeruy in treating the tubal infertility with the type ofdamp-heat and blood stasis, and also to provide effective solutions of TCMand western medicine for treating this disease.Methods：According to the cluster sampling method, collecting the patientswho are be hospitalized in The Frist Affiliated Hospital of ZhengzhouUniversity between2013.1-2013.6. Adopting randomized way,60patientswith tubal infertility belong to the type of damp-heat and blood stasis weredivided into the treatment group(30cases, took tongbaohuayu Enema andpalace peritoneoscope surgeruy) and the control group (30cases, took palaceperitoneoscope surgeruy). Both groups are took the palace peritoneoscopesurgeruy after period clean3-7days, after surgeruies both groups tookconventional Anti-inflammat ory therapy, moreover the treatment group alsotook tongbaohuayu Enema retention enema therapy, begin at the fifth daysafter surgery, once a day,10days a course of treatment, later on beginafter period clean3-5days, observing half years. Follow up to2014.1,according to the syndrome integral of TCM before and aft er treatment、 theectopic pregnancy rates、 the cure rate and the tubal patency rate after surgeruy， compar e the difference of clinical effect between treatmentgroup and control group.Results： The treatment group can effectively improve the situation ofdamp-heat and blood stasis syndromes, it is better than that of controlgroup (P＜0.05)； The treatment gr oup have25intrauterine pregnancypatients, the cure rate was83.3%, the control group have17, the cure ratewas56.7%, two groups have significant difference (P＜0.05); For thepregnancy patients, The treatment group have no one ectopic pregnancy,the control group have3, there was no significant difference comparing thetwo groups (P＞0.05)；After a half years treatment, the treatment gr oup cankeeping tubal patency better than that of control (P＜0.05).Conclusion: After the palace peritoneoscope surgeruy, combined with thetongbaohuayu Enema which was made by Henan Province Hospital of TCMcan effectively improve the situation of damp-heat and blood stasissyndromes; For i mproving cure rate and keeping tubal patency, it is betterthan palace peritoneoscope surgeruy only; But for reducing pregnancypatients, there was no signifi cant di fference comparing the two groups.
