Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qing xin an shen Prescription for thetreatment of premature ventricular contractions, and to further explore the party ofpremature ventricular contractions mechanisms affecting plasma norepinephrine levels andthe Treatment of premature ventricular contractions. Methods: A case of a2013years from2009in outpatient and inpatient of PingdingshanHospital of TCM, in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, patients enrolled60patients were randomly divided into two groups,30cases in the treatment group,30casesin the control group. The two groups in gender, age, comorbidities and pre-treatment ofpremature ventricular contractions Lown grading were tested by χ2, the two groups was notstatistically significant. the treatment group were treated with Western medicine namedPropafenone, each150mg, orally, three times a day, and add to drink the liqqid of Qing xinan shen Prescription decoction twice a day, every200ml; the control group with westernpropafenone treatment, each150mg, oral, three times daily. After treatment for one month, were detected cases of treatment group and control group before and after treatment inplasma norepinephrine levels,24h dynamic heart premature ventricular contractionsnumerical figure, two sets of data to be compared by t test, the data were statisticallyanalyzed using SPSS19.0.Results:The first, the plasma norepinephrine levels of premature ventricular contractionsin the treatment group and the control group after treatment compared by t test,(p=0.00) p<0.01, was significant difference;24h ambulatory patients with ventricular prematureventricular heart diagram premature value in the treatment group and the control group aftertreatment compared by t-test (p=0.00) p <0.01, was significant difference; The secend, treatment groups: significant efficiency in the treatment of premature ventricularcontractions was37%,the efficiency was53%, and the total efficiency was90%; controlgroup: the significant efficiency was20%, the efficiency was46.7%, the total efficiency of66.7%. By χ2test, p <0.05, the treatment group and the control group after treatment ofpremature ventricular contractions was efficiency significantly different. Qing xin an shen Prescription can reduce plasma norepinephrine levels in patients with premature ventricularcontractions and premature ventricular contractions times, there was difference between thetrea a correlation tment group and the control group. Conclusion: There was a relation between the clinical observation of patients to reduceplasma norepinephrine levels and reduce the number of premature ventricular contractions,This provides a pharmacological mechanism for Qing xin an shen Prescription to treatmentof premature ventricular contractions and premature ventricular contractions occurredprevention. Chinese medicine with western medicine tranquilize side effect of prematureventricular contractions better than pure medicine,Qing xin an shen Prescription is the treatment of premature ventricular contractions of asafe, effective herbal preparation, which reflects the treatment principles with Qinghuoprescription sedative and blood meridians, and its mechanism of action may related withimproving ischemia, regulating blood lipids and reducing sympathetic activity, etc. soothethe nerves parties likely can reduce the incidence of premature ventricular contractions inpatients by lowering plasma norepinephrine levels to reduce sympathetic activit and, theexact mechanism needs further study.
