The Clinical Observation On Xiao Qingfeng Decoction In Treating Multiple Tics In Children

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiao Qingfeng Decoction on MultipleTics,verefy Xiao Qingfeng decoction can ease of tics everity, reduce the number,type,frequency, the adverse reactions,and have be good at the short-term efficacy,cankeeping long-term efficacy.Methods:Collect the group meets the standards of children with MT in64cases.wererandomly divided into control group and treatment group.The people who in thetreatment group gives Xiao Qingfeng Decoction and control group given serenase. Donot eat greasy food,rest on time.Avoid tiredness and eating fish, shrimp, crab, clam,duck and other vitamine B and tryptophane allergens or the suspected allergen contact.Observation for9weeks,record the number of occruuences,frequency,entensity,comp-Lexity,enterference,defect score,the Chinese secondary symptoms score,and the prob-ability of adverse reactions and long-term efficacy between the two group.Results:①The efficient of two group contrast: the rate was100%in treatment group,the rate was76.7%in control group,the treatment group efficient surpasses the controlgroup (P<0.05),has the difference;②Two groups of short-term efficacy contrast: After1course of treatment, the effective rate was73.3%in treatment group, the effectiverate was30.0%in control group, the treatment group surpasses the control group(P<0.05),has the difference;③The probability of adverse reactions compared the twogroups:the adverse reactions rate was6.0%in treatment group, the adverse reactionsrate was60.0%in control group,the treatment group probability of adverse reactionssurpasses the control group (P<0.05),has the difference;④Two groups of long-termeffect:after three months in the end of clinical obserbation,the effective rate was90.0%in treatment group,control group,rate was53.3%in control group,the treatmentgroup long-term effect surpasses the control group (P<0.05),has the difference.Conclusion:①Clinical using Xiao Qingfeng Decoction treatment MT significant effe-ct,safe and reliable;②Xiao Qingfeng Decoction in the treatment of main symptoms and secondary symptoms for MT have an advantage compared to Haloperidol;③XiaoQingfeng Decoction in the treatment of motors tics and vocal tics have an advantagecompared to Haloperidol.
