Clinical Shenjin Tongbi Pill On The Activity Of Ankylosing Spondylitis Curative Effect Observation

Objective: Through clinical observation on Lycopodii Tongbi pill in the treatment ofactive ankylosing spondylitis,objective evaluation of the clinical curative effect ofTongbi pills stretch of active ankylosing spondylitis, and investigate the drug in earlydisease control function.Methods:A randomized control method,40patients with active AS were randomlydivided into experimental group and control group, with20cases in each experimentalgroup, be Shenjin Tongbi pill and sulfasalazine treatment, including Shenjin Tongbipill three times a day,5g each time, warm boiling water, in March for a course,sulfasalazine (Shanghai Sanwei pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., the country medicineaccurate: H31020450), the amount of usage:0.75g each time, four times a day, a totalof3months. The control group was given sulfasalazine (Shanghai SanweiPharmaceutical Co. Ltd., the country medicine accurate: H31020450), the amount ofusage:0.75g each time, four times a day, continuous treatment for3months. At the endof the treatment, product values were recorded integral main indexes of two groups ofpatients and secondary index, to observe the clinical effect of the two groups beforeand after medication, were statistically analyzed with SPSS17.0software, efficacyevaluation.Results: The experimental group of20cases,1cases were cured,13cases markedlyeffective, effective5cases, invalid2cases, the total efficiency of90%, control group20cases,0cases were cured, effective in11cases, effective6cases, invalid3cases,the total efficiency of85%, the total efficiency of two groups had significant difference(P<0.05), the treatment group good therapeutic effect on ankylosing spondylitis.In theexperimental group1cases of stomach discomfort, the control group had2cases ofstomach is not suitable for the lesions of1cases, treated, can continue treatment.Integral and secondary indexes of main index before and after treatment in the two groups had significant differences in product value (P<0.05), between the two groupsat the end of treatment the main index of integral and secondary index product valuealso has significant difference (P<0.05) between the two groups, but at the end oftreatment the main index of BASDAI and CRP were significant differences (P<0.05),the experimental group in early may progress to effectively control the ankylosingspondylitis disease activity.Conclusion: Shenjin Tongbi pill combined with western medicine to enhance curativeeffect is significant, and may progress in early control of the disease, compared withthe control group, the experiment group has obvious advantages in patients with activeAS. In: the two groups before and after treatment to improve the AS patients hadprimary, secondary index change. The experimental group can be the overallevaluation in patients with AS BASDAI integral, BASFI integral and patientssignificantly improved integral; to improve secondary index, the experimental grouppatients chest expansion, Schober experiment and the pillow wall distance hasmarkedly increased; in disease activity index (BASDAI) and CRP improvement, theexperimental group before and after the treatment was better than the control group,the tendon extension Tongbi pill early hinder the progress of the disease in patientswith active AS; in the evaluation of safety, less adverse reaction of the experimentalgroup, the combined use of Chinese and Western medicine can reduce drug toxicity.Under the effect of certain conditions, the combined use of Western medicine in thetreatment of AS can extenuation of Western medicine dosage, which can reduce theoccurrence of adverse reaction and toxicity of kidney and liver.
