Silver Soup And Acupuncture Point Bury Line Elimination Sequential Therapy Of Clinical Research With Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective: Application of silver soup and elimination acupoints embedded wire typesequential therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of unusual blood heatpsoriasis, in order to prolong remission, prevent and reduce relapse, reduce themedical cost and improve the patients quality of life.Methods: Select active stage by cases included in the standard of blood heatsyndrome95patients using silver soup, enter the patients with remission, Wererandomly divided into treatment group and control group1/2cases each. Treatmentgroup using acupuncture point bury line to sequential therapy treatment, buried inlocal anesthesia downlink meridian line at a time; the control group will not be anyintervention measures. Two groups of telephone follow-up of1times per month,doctor-patient see1times every2months, for half a year. Observe and record therecurrence rate in both groups, remission duration and two groups of PASI score.Results: Treatment of observation at the end of6months, the recurrence rate is:treatment group32cases,2cases of recurrence of30cases did not relapse, therecurrence rate was6.3%;Control group30cases,9cases of recurrence,21cases ofrecurrence, the recurrence rate was30%;Was statistically significant (P<0.05), thetreatment group is better than the control group. Remission time: the treatment group（x±s）5.88±0.55months, the control group（x±s）5.36±1.25months, was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group.A degree of illness (PASI score): the treatment group2.79±0.76PASI score for（x±s）before treatment, after treatment （x±s） for2.70±0.57, no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05);Control group before treatment PASI score （x±s）for3.37±1.42, after treatment （x±s） for4.32±1.68, was statistically significant(P<0.05).Show that6months at the end of the treatment group’s overall increase trend,the control group has increasing trend.Conclusion: application of silver soup and elimination point embedded wiresequential therapy can effectively reduce the recurrence remission with psoriasisvulgaris, relieve skin serious after relapse into degrees, extended the recurrenceduring every time, reduces the remission maintain active stage when the economiccost of treatment, effectively maintain remission.
