ObjectiveThrough the curative effect observation of using spinous process drag hook in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis adolescent, to explore the clinical effect and security, give four dimensional traction and reset adjuvant treatment, comprehensively evaluate the clinical curative effect from three-dimensional equilibrium, improve and restore the balance of spine fundamentally, seek a more optimized comprehensive treatment to relieve pain for more patients and improve their quality of life.MethodsChoose the criteria accord with diagnostic of idiopathic scoliosis adolescent patients, bring into72cases orthopedic inpatients criteria of Guangdong Province Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital. The patients will be divided into two groups randomly:spinous process drag hook group and the spine method control group. Through the design of randomized controlled trials, traditional Chinese medicine spine method as a contrast, two groups were assisted four-dimensional traction treatment, observe patients before treatment, on the day of discharge and followed up for1year time coronal Cobb Angle, spinal coronary balance, spinal sagittal balance, the curved roof vertebral rotation and total clinical curative effect, comprehensively analysis and evaluate the clinical effect and security of spinous process drag hook with four dimensional traction treatment. Statistical method:SPSS19.0analysis software, count data by chi-square test, hierarchical data with rank and inspection, the mean of two group comparison using independent samples t test, before and after mean multiple comparison with variance test.Results 1、There are65patients got the complete follow-up data,7patients lost to follow-up. Tow follow-up groups patients with scoliosis deformity were different degrees of improvement. In the meantime of treatment and follow-up, two groups both had no adverse reation and serious complications occurred. Clinical curative effect evaluation:on the day of dicharge, control group’ s effective rate was70.6%, treatment group’s effective rate was93.5%, the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group, P<0.01, there is significant difference. After1year’s follow-up, control effectiveness dropped to67.6%, P<0.05, the difference has statistically significant, and the treatment group effectiveness hadn’t significant decline.2、On the day of discharge after treatment, the Cobb Angle of two groups were obviously improved, P<0.01, the difference has abviously statistically significant; At the same time Cobb Angle compared between two groups, treatment group’s improve dgree is obviously beter than the control group, P<0.05, the difference has statistically significant; After1year follow-up, control group’s Cobb Angle has a tendency to increase, P>0.05, the difference has no statistically significant, while the treatment group Cobb Angle change is not obvious, P>0.05, no statistical difference.3、On the day of discharge after treatment, after1year follow-up, the curved roof vertebral rotation compared with each treatment before, the control group P<0.05, the difference has statistically significant, the treatment group P<0.01, the difference has statistically significant; After treament, in comparison with the top job rotation degrees of two group at the same time, P>0.05, there was no statistically significant difference.4、Spinal sagittal balance with the C7sagittal ratio to evaluate, spinal coronary balance with C7PL to CSVL distance to evaluate. On the day of discharge after treatment, the patients were followed up for one year, two groups of C7sagittal ratio and compared between groups before treatment were smaller, P>0.05, there were no statistically significant difference, the two groups after treatment at the same time, in comparison with the C7sagittal position ratio of P>0.05, differences were not statistically significant. On the day of discharge and follow-up of1year after treatment in the control group the distance C7PL to CSVL compared with before treatment were smaller, P>0.05, no statistical difference, the distance and the treatment group C7PL to CSVL compared with before treatment were smaller, P<0.01, there are statistically significant differences.Conclusion1、Spines process drag hook technology and traditional spines method in the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis adolescent have obviously improvement in the coronal Cobb Angle and the curved roof vertebral rotation. They both acquire higher clinical effective rate and get satisfactory clinical effect. Compare with traditional spines method, spines process drag hook technology for treating AIS have been more advantages in improving the coronal Cobb Angle and clinical efficacy rate, restoring the blance of spines coronal. It’s clinical effective more accurate and more durable.2、Four-dimensional traction with Spines process drag hook for AIS, there is no one have serious adverse reaction and complication. Compare with treatment before and after, the treatment efficiency rate higher to93.5%. It indicate that the comprehensive treatment method is safer and more efficient. It’s curative effiect more stable and durable. It is worth clinical promoting.
