Objective:through the cases of primary small intestinal tumor were retrospectively analyzed the data, summarize the clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment of the disease, improve clinical doctor the understanding of primary small intestine tumors, reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate.Selection methods:from January2000to January2013decade in yanbian university hospital, a total of87patients with small intestinal tumor, which meet the requirements for the study of the clinical data of50cases of primary small intestinal tumors were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Of50cases of patients with primary small intestinal tumor, male,29cases (58%), female,21cases (42%), the ratio of men and women at1.38:1, age range for38to85years old, with an average age of57, the median age was61years old, disease progression is2h~18months. Pathological classification of benign tumors in11cases,39cases of malignant tumor, malignant tumor in gliomas among27cases,12cases of adenocarcinoma, and tumor in the ileum, the jejunum,14cases of duodenum in5cases, the common clinical manifestations of abdominal pain, abdominal distension,21cases,42%(21/50). Anemia,9cases,18%(9/50). Angular8cases,16%(8/50). Jaundice6cases,12%(6/50),13cases of nausea and vomiting, accounted for26%(13/50), fever in5cases,10%(5/50),4cases of gastrointestinal bleeding,8%(4/50), abdominal mass in11cases,22%(11/50),8patients with symptoms of intestinal obstruction,16%(8/50), asymptomatic medical examination found that3cases,6%(3/50). Auxiliary examination, abdominal computed tomography (CT), ultrasound detection rate of10%, the rate of gastrointestinal barium meal examination was8%, imaging and other tests with low detection rate, abdominal computed tomography (CT), ultrasound, and gastrointestinal barium meal joint inspection detection rate was12%(6/50), preoperative overall detection rate was42%(21/50), all patients after surgical treatment,38cases of malignant tumors,21underwent radical small intestinal tumor resection,17underwent palliative surgery,12cases of benign tumor were performed partial resection of small intestine. Follow-up of23cases,27cases, lost to follow-up rate was46%, malignant tumor, the follow-up of9patients with radical prostatectomy, the mean survival time,47months follow-up of7patients with palliative surgery, postoperative survival time, on average, eight months, follow-up of7patients with benign tumors, the average survival time of121months after surgery.Conclusion:(1) the early clinical manifestations of primary small intestinal tumor have no specificity, increase the rate of review and various auxiliary examination combined application can improve the diagnosis of small intestinal tumor.(2)of primary small intestinal tumor is clinically common pathological types of small intestinal stromal tumor, disease common in the ileum.
