The Clinical Obsevartion Of Apply Evodia Rutaecarpa Hot Package To Shen Que(RN-8) In Sepsis With Gastrointestinal Dysfunction

ObjectiveThe study was to observe the clinical curative effect of apply Evodia rutaecarpa hot package to Shen Que(RN-8) in Sepsis with gastrointestinal dysfunction. Evaluate the effectiveness of Chinese medicine in the intestinal dysfunction in sepsis. And find out the most effective and simple way for the Chinese medicine treatment of the patients with sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods58patients with sepsis has gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into control groups (30cases) and treatment groups(30cases).The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and the treatment group was given Evodia rutaecarpa hot package apply Shenque based on conventional therapy of western medicine.It has applied twice a day and treatment seven days. And then collected the General Information and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome of the patients. And recorded the inflammatory function, dysfunction score, bowel sounds, the abdominal pressure and APACHEII score of the patients. The data would be analyzed by SPSS19.0.ResultsAfter treatment in different way, compared the data of two group. The research showed significant differences(p<0.05) between the treatment group and the control group in bowel sounds, dysfunction score, the abdominal pressure and APACHEII score. Gonelusion The research showed apply Evodia rutaecarpa hot package to Shen Que(RN-S) is effective on Intestinal function. It can improve the symptoms of the sepsis with gastrointestinal dysfunction. It can promote the recovery of bowel sounds and relieve abdominal pressure. And improve the overall condition of the patient.
