Quality Evaluation Of Different Popuations Of Evodia Rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. And Research Of Contrast Between Evodia Rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. And Evodia Lenticellata Huang

Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. is one of the traditional chinese medicines. Evodia lenticellata Huang. is an important folk medicines.This tests evaluated quality of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth.collected in different localpopulations and Evodia lenticellata Huang. by comparison in their content of essential oil,fatty acid,trace element,evodiamine and rutae-carpine.The conclusions are drawn as follows:1 Study on the constituents of essential oil in Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. from Hanzhong,Guizhou,Fujian,Jiangxi and Evodia lenticellata Huang.from Hanzhong has bing made by GC-MS,155 compounds in Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. Evodia lenticellata Huang.contained 18 kinds of same constituents and the contents were 94.74%,91.49%,91.04%,75.31%,77.44%. In Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. from Hanzhong,Guizhou,Fujian,Jiangxi and Evodia lenticellata Huang. the main compounds of essential oil in Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. from Hanzhong,Guizhou,Fujian,Jiangxi and Evodia lenticellata Huang. were 1,3,6-Octatriene,3,7-dimethy1-,(Z)-,3,7-dimethy1-,(E)-,β-Myrcene.and the contents of main compounds were 89.29%,84.68%,85.42%,68.99%,55.94%. in Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth.2 The GC-M S technique was used to analyze the content of fatty acids in Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. and Evodia lenticellata Huang. The results show that: The content of tetradecdienoic acid,palmitate,α-linolenic acid, α-linoleic acid. were the highest, which were 53.273%and 62.177% of the total fatty acids in Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. from Guizhou and Hanzhong3 Comparison in content of trace element of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth.from different localpopulations and Evodia lenticellata Huang. the highest contents are Ca and Na.4 The results show that: Sample with highest and lowest content of evodiamine are Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth.from Chenggu and Evodia lenticellata Huang.from Chenggu .Sample with highest and lowest content of rutae-carpine are Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth.from Hanzhong and Evodia lenticellata Huang.from ChengguQuality in tests of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. from 5 provenances studied. The tests show there were signficant differences among the provenances. Different ecological factor may be the major factor in quality difference of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. It is suggested the study on effects of different factors on quality of Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. should be carried out. The species and content of main effective component in Evodia lenticellata Huang. were similar to Evodia rutaecarpa (Juss.) Beth. Some effective component was higher in Evodia lenticellata Huang. Therefore, we should carry out research on Evodia lenticellata Huang. it's useful to utilization of the medicinal plant resources...
