| Purpose:Through the analysis of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infectiong in hospitalized patients with basic information and clinical features in order to investigate popular and clinical features of hepatitis B in Yanbian.Method:(1)Screening hospitalized in Yanbian Hospital of Infectious Diseases for treatment of Hepatitis B patients between January2004to December2013a total of612cases for the study. Among33patients with acute hepatitis cases,252cases of chronic hepatitis, liver cirrhosis233cases,64patients with primary liver cancer,30patients with severe hepatitis. The crowd clinical data were analyzed by descriptive retrospective epidemiological methods to study the demographic and clinical characteristics of this group of people.Results:(1)The average of the study population was45.12±12.38years,minimum was1years old,maximum was80years old.The average age of women (48.23±14.83years) was higher than men (43.66±10.76岁).Male patients, mostly in patients with chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis places mostly female patients.42.3%of the patients were Han nationality and Chinese Korean accounted for57.7%.(2)5.9%of patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection and disease are heavier.(3) Among the population,20.9%of patients with fatty liver,10.1%of patients with diabetes,3.1%of patients with hypertension,2.0%of patients with liver gallstones,1.3%of patients with hyperthyroidism,0.98%of patients with psoriasis.(4)In total cases,267cases (43.6%) patients had a long-term history of drinking, ALT and AST values were higher than in patients with alcoholism group of patients without alcohol group.Conclusion:(1) A higher proportion of the population in Yanbian hepatitis B hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection in patients with fatty liver.(2) Yanbian area among hepatitis B infection of hepatitis C virus(HCV) phenomenon is more prominent.(3) Yanbian hepatitis crowd of binge drinking is more common, Hepatitis B patients with alcoholic liver disease (ALD) prevalence is rising, and the disease are heavier. |
