Objective: To evaluation the supporting role of ambroxol hydrochloride forinjection assited with Ambroxol hydrochloride for injection to pedo MPPin the DaLi area.Methods: Collected78children who infect MP and in the treatment ofDaLi State Hospital pediatric since August2012to December2013.78casesbe randomly divided into treatment group39cases and control group39case which collected Control group mainly to Azithromycin and symptomatictreatment; treatment group assited with Ambroxol hydrochloride forinjection on the basis of control group treatment. Observe the clinicaleffect of Ambroxol hydrochloride for injection assited with Azithromycinfor MPP, through the comparison of two groups of the effects. Throughcomprehensive analysis of the test result to seeking an effective schemeand rational administration. To reducing the morbidity and mortality ofMPP.Results:After treatment, there are significant statistics differencesin the two groups, including the curative effect、the day of average bein hospital、the cure rate and efficiency. After treatment between thetwo groups, there are significant statistics differences in the curative effect、the day of average be in hospital、the cure rate and efficiency.Conclusions: Compared with the pure treatment of Azithromycin, Ambroxolhydrochloride for injection adds the treatment of Azithromycin, hasobvious advantages of general curative effect, symptom improvement anddecrease the time in hospital. The protocol is effective, safe, and thereis no obvious adverse reaction. Ambroxol hydrochloride for injection addsthe treatment of Azithromycin,has a curative effect, which is worthpromoting.
