The Study Of Danshen Injection Pouring Into Pelvis And Huoxuebushen Fang For Treatment Of Endometriosis After Laparoscopic Operation

ObjectiveChinese medicine theory and modern researches think that, blood stasis is the pathological essence of endometriosis, and also related to deficiency of the kidney. So this study is based on these theories, we use Danshen injection pouring into pelvis and the mothed of HuoxueBushen for the treatment of endometriosis infertility after laparoscopic operation, observe the clinical efficacy, and explore its work mechanism. Expect several guidance in the clinical treatment of endometriosis.MethodsSelected cases from between December2012and September2013laparoscopic operation is the first affiliated hospital of guangzhou university of TCM diagnosis of patients with endometriosis.These cases randomly divided into four groups. In the treatment group:laparoscopic surgery.performed laparoscopic within different lesions electric bright and (or) chocolate cyst eliminate postoperative,and use Danshen injection50ml pouring into pelvis Danshen injection50ml, postoperative oral HuoxueBushen Fang. Chinese medicine control group:performing laparoscopic within different lesions electric bright and (or) chocolate cyst eliminate, postoperative oral HuoxueBushen Fang.Danshen injection control group:laparoscopic surgery, performed laparoscopic within different lesions electric bright and (or) chocolate cyst eliminate postoperative,and use Danshen injection50ml pouring into pelvis Danshen injection50ml. blank control group:laparoscopic surgery.performed laparoscopic within different lesions electric bright and (or) chocolate cyst eliminate postoperative. Observe the changes of patients’ menstruation, degree of dysmenorrhea, humoral immune function-IgG, IgA, IgM, C3, C4, IgE-and NK cells, ovarian endometriomas relapse rate,observe the pregnancy rate of who have fertility requirements.Results1. In all groups, the TCM syndrome score and dysmenorrhea score both have significant differences between the before and after treatment(P<0.05).2. In the treatment group and blank control group, Chinese medicine control group and blank control group in the TCM syndrome score and dysmenorrhea score have significant differences after treatment (P<0.05).3.There are significant differences between the treatment group and other groups of the changes of IgG, IgA and IgM after the treatment (P<0.05), but they all normal before the treatment. There is no significant difference of changes of IgE in all groups after the treatment (P>0.05).4. There are significant differences between intreatment group and Danshen injection control group, treatment group and blank control group,Chinese medicine control group and Danshen injection control group, Chinese medicine control group and blank control group of the changes of C3after the treatment (P<0.05). There is significant differences between treatment group and blank control group of the changes of C4after the treatment(P<0.05). There is significant differences between treatment group and blank control group of the changes of NK cells after the treatment (P <0.05).5.There is no significant difference in all groups of ovarian endometriomas relapse rate after the treatment.6.There is no significant difference in all groups of pregnancy rate of who have fertility requirements after the treatment of6months. But it makes sense after the treatment of3months.Conclusion1.HuoxueBushen Fang shows satisfactory effect on improving patients’ menstruation and relieving dysmenorrhea. And it can improve C3after treatment.2. It is proved that using Danshen injection pouring into pelvis and the mothed of HuoxueBushen can improve C3, C4and NK cells’function.But there is no effect on IgG, IgA, IgM and IgE. Only use Danshen injection pouring into pelvis cannot improve C3, C4or NK cells’function. Only give HuoxueBushen Fang cannot improve C4or NK cells’function.3. There is no significant effect on ovarian endometriomas relapse rate. 4. Using Danshen injection pouring into pelvis and the mothed of HuoxueBushen can make the pregnancy rate of who have fertility requirements higher, but it needs more deeply studies.
