ObjectivesUreteral stent tube also called double J tube, roughly divided into two functional role within internal drainage and stent. Therefore, ureteral stents are widely used in urological tract surgery. With ureteral stents in urology universal application, and its clinical complications caused concern. Postoperative complications mainly for back pain, bladder irritation, gross hematuria, abdominal pain, especially in the waist. Currently on Clinical Medicine ureteral stent implantation for back pain mainly symptomatic analgesic medication therapy, commonly used drugs are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as opioid analgesics, these drugs have been widely used in clinical practice However, the slow onset of analgesic drugs, the analgesic effect of individual differences, easily repeated clinical symptoms.Ureteral stent was related to abdominal pain after the surgery of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the "back pain" category, clinical use of balance acupuncture treat lumbago has obtained the good curative effect, and the treatment for ureteral stent tube of the curative effect of low back pain caused by temporarily no specific literature, this study by comparing the balance acupuncture and western medicine analgesic drug for the treatment of ureteral stent was caused by the clinical curative effect of lumbar abdominal pain, explore the new way of thinking for exploring TCM therapy to treat the complications.MethodsThe study method according to clinical studies randomized, controlled, met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into balance acupuncture group and western medicine group,48cases were collected, balance acupuncture group of23cases,25cases of western medicine group, were observed by case patient pain scores before and after treatment, the use of relevant statistical data analysis, thus comparing the efficacy of two therapies difference.Results1two patients treated by basic statistical data analysis, such as gender, age, catheterization time, postoperative VAS, QoL score and so the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).2The onset of back pain acupuncture group and western medicine group balance in the treatment of post-catheterization due to alleviate the symptoms and other aspects of comparison, the onset time balancing the acupuncture group was significantly better than western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) while fairly efficient therapy groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).3. Quality of survival,(QOL) score on two groups of patients for satisfaction through quality of life index follow-up after treatment, balance acupuncture group and western medicine group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05), results showed that both treatments ureteral stent placement can improve the quality of life of patients with low back pain.4security:Both methods showed no significant adverse reactions after treatment, both treatments proved no side effects.ConclusionThis study showed that:Balance Acupuncture treatment of ureteral stent implantation waist and abdominal pain associated with better efficacy, efficiency and considerable pain medicine, pain relief at the time was superior to western medicine, the clinical application of energy security, toxic side effects, and can improve the quality of life for patients.
