The Clinic Observation Of Acupoint Sticking Pressure Therapy Effect On Labor Analgesia

ObjectiveThe subject is to observe the effect of acupoint sticking pressure to ease labor pain on the labor primipara during labor.Method120sigleton primiparas were randomly divided into experimental group and blank group,60cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with acupoints of Hegu, Neiguan, Sanyinjiao, Taichong, Ciliao, Zhongliao traditional sticking pressure while the blank group were given with nothing. Every group was observed during the whole process of the delivery. Compare the two groups’ labor analgesia at four different times during the process of childbirth. The observation items included the doctors’ Grades、parturients’grades on labor pai、the time of labor and the way of labor.ResultThe doctors’ grades and parturients’ grades on labor pain were significantly different between the two groups (P<0.05). Compare the two groups, the time of the labor in the second period and third period were almost the same. But in the first period, it was significant difference compared to the blank group. Additionally, the rate of cesarean section in experimental was lower than the blank group.ConelusionFor sigeto primiparas, traditional Chinese acupoint sticking pressure therapy is of significance effect on reliving the labor pains, for it is a simple, effect, esay, economical and safe method.
