Objectives:To investigate the change of serum inflammatory cytokines/Aβ42and theirrelationship with neurological function afteracutecerebral infarction.Methods:1. Blood sample of35patients with cerebral infarction and52healthy participantswere collected (Admission, after the onset of3thd,7thd,14thd)from May2012to October2013and were analyzed for correlation between the dynamic changes of blood Aβ42leveland neurological function evaluation score(NIHSS score、Barthel index).2. Blood sample of35patients with cerebral infarction and43healthy participantswere collected (Admission, after the onset of3thd,7thd,14thd)from May2012to October2013and were analyzed for correlation between the dynamic changes of bloodinflammatory factor (IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α and IFN-γ)levels and neurological functionevaluation score(NIHSS score、Barthel index).Results:1. The blood Aβ42level of the patients with cerebral infarction raised significantlycomparing to the control group in the first day data, stayed remain in the3day data, dropped to the control group level after the7day. The first day blood Aβ42level sharescorrelation with neurological function evaluation score while the data of other time doesn’t.2. The blood inflammatory factor (IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α and IFN-γ)levels of patientswith cerebral infarction raised significantly in the first day data and stayed in a considerablyhigh level in the after14days with no significant change while the14day data seems to bethe highest. The IL-6level of patients with cerebral infarction shared a positive correlationwith NIHSS score in the first day and the level of IL-1β and IL-6also shared a positivecorrelation with NIHSS score in the14thday data. Conclusions:1. The blood Aβ42level of patients with cerebral infarction would raise till the3dayafter the outbreak and would dropped to normal level from the7day. It indicates the firstday blood Aβ42level can reflect the severity of the disease in early stage.2. The inflammatory factors (IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α and IFN-γ)in the serum ofpatients with cerebral infarction raised and shared a correlation with the neurologicalfunction evaluation score in14thday data. It indicates that the inflammatory factors canreflect the severity and prognosis of the disease.
