Objective:To explore the changes of serum levels of inflammatory factors in the cerebral infarction patients with different parts and sizes in the different periods Methods:Selected the patients who were diagnosed as acute cerebral infarction in the department of neurology of the First Hospital of Jilin University from April 2018 to December 2018 as research objects.Meet the following conditions: 18~80 years old;massive cerebral infarction(the maximum diameter of cerebral hemisphere infarction surpassed or equaled 3.0cm,the area of brainstem infarction was greater than 1/3 of brainstem, and the onset time of them were within 3d)and the patients without massive cerebral infarction(the maximum diameter of cerebral hemisphere infarction was under 3.0cm,the area of brainstem infarction was less than1/3 of brainstem, and the onset time of them were within 3d).Patients with cancer, severe heart disease, ultra early thrombolytic therapy, autoimmune disease and other diseases were excluded.Collected peripheral blood of the patients at 3d,5d and 7d respectively and detected the levels of IL-2,IL-4,IL-6,IL-10,IL-17 A,IFN-? and TNF-? by flow cytometry.Results:(1)Compared with the patients without massive cerebral infarction, the serum levels of pro-inflammatory factors IL-2,IL-6,IL-17 A,IFN-?and TNF-? as well as anti-inflammatory factors IL-4 and IL-10 aresignificantly higher in the patients with massive cerebral infarction in the onset of 3d,5d and 7d(P<0.05).(2)The serum levels of anti-inflammatory factor IL-4 in the patients with massive brainstem infarction present a gradually decreasing trend over time in the onset of 3d ~ 5d[4.26(4.07,5.53)vs.3.70(2.55,4.56),P=0.043].(3)The serum levels of pro-inflammatory factor IL-2 in patients with massive brainstem infarction are significantly higher than that in the patients with massive cerebral hemisphere infarction in the onset of7d[2.15(1.69,1.96)vs.2.15(2.00,3.07),P=0.019].Conclusion:(1)Compared with the patients without massive cerebral infarction, the serum levels of pro-inflammatory factors IL-2,IL-6,IL-17 A,IFN-?and TNF-? as well as anti-inflammatory factors IL-4 and IL-10 are significantly higher in the patients with massive cerebral infarction at the initial stage.(2)The serum levels of pro-inflammatory factor IL-2 in patients with massive brainstem infarction are significantly higher than that in the patients with massive cerebral hemisphere infarction at the initial stage, and the levels of anti-inflammatory factor IL-4 gradually decline over time.
