BackgroundVibration is very common in daily life and military operations, the danger can not be ignored,the low back pain incidence of vehicles drivers increased year by year, the related research confirmed that resonance can increase the damage to the waist, but the research of prevention of low back pain caused by resonance is basically a blank in the domestic and international.ObjectiveTo observe the effects of the different interventions of the syntony in4Hz on the markers in serum such as alkaline phosphatase (levels of BALP),6fixed resonant frequency-keto prostaglandin1α (6-keto-PGF1α), the malondialdehyde (MDA), Lumbar muscle,disc and bone in rabbits.We hope the intervention of syntony has very important reference value for early prevention of low back pain caused by syntony.This study can provide a scientific prevent approach for the military training.MethodExperiment Ⅰ:Sixty New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into control group, matched control group, Ⅰ model group, Ⅱ model group and Ⅲ model group. We took four rabbits from each group killed by air embolism at the end of2nd,4th and6th week separately. We observed the pathological changes of the psoas,the fifth lumbar spine and bone under optical microscope at the same time.Experiment Ⅱ:Sevety-five New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into five groups:control group, matched control group, Ⅰ model group, Ⅱ model group and Ⅲ model group.We took five rabbits from each group by taking blood samples The activity of the alkaline phosphatase(BALP),6-keto prostaglandin1α (6-keto-PGF la) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum were determined at the2nd,4th and6th week after treatment.ResultExperiment I:Pathological changes of the psoas,the fifth lumbar spine and the bone in I model group and II model group were earlier than that in control group and III model group, pathological grade was obviously higher than that in other groups, which advanced with time (P<0.05).There were no significant difference between control group and III model group in pathological grade.Experiment Ⅱ:Compared with the control group and III model group, BALP,6-keto-PGF1α and MDA in the matched control group, I model group and II model group ascended at the4th and6th week(P<0.05). Compared with matched control group, BALP and6-keto-PGF1α in the control group and III model group were reduced since the4th week,MDA were reduced since the6th week(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Generate force at4Hz resonant frequency can easily lead to changes of tissue,and the resonance effect can make obvious changes in tissue pathology and low back pain associated markers of inflammatory mediators content in serum metabolites.To providing a good reference for the early diagnosis of low back pain.2.Uneven surface cushion processed into different sizes by the PEP consists of hollow cotton can relieve vehide engine produced by the vertical and horizontal forces,effectively avoid overlap with the resonant frequency of the lumbar spine,thus preventing damage to the lumbar spine,the occurrence of low back pain played a role in delaying and prevention.
