Objective: Stroke patient will leave different levels of difficulty in sensory、exercise、psychological、cognitive、urination and defecation、cardiopulmonary dysfunction, andso on,of which the most common phenomenon is lower limb motor dysfunction. That isa is a common thing for stroke patients accompany Walking dysfunction, there is morethan50%of the inability to walk or independent walking, it is very hardly for patient’slife. The early normal rehabilitation therapy is the most direct and effective way toreduce lower limb motor dysfunction and boost walking ability. Traditionalnerve-developmental therapy had proved important value to the motor function orwalking ability for patients. With the continuous evolution of rehabilitation science, represented by the Nustep-T4of a new generation of early rehabilitation therapyequipment got extensive application in clinic. However,it is relatively scanty clinicalreported of Nustep-T4to treat subacute patients, and most about acute stroke patientscurrently. This study using Nustep-T4combined with the conventional rehabilitation therapy compared with pure given routine rehabilitation therapy for subacute strokepatients with hemiplegia,to discus the Nustep-T4equipment on the effect of lowerlimbs motor function and walking ability of subacute stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method: The48cases of subacute stroke patients with hemiplegia have some ability towalk were devided into treatment group and control group randomly, there are24patients in every one group. The control group using tradition rehabilitation methods,The treatment group, on the basis of the control group, Plus U.S. imports limbs linkage(Nustep T4) Sports Training. Respectively to assess daily life ability(Modified BarthelIndex,MBI)、patients lower limb motor function(Fugl-Meyer score,FMA)(the aggregatepoint lower limb of FMA is34)、 balance function(Berg Balance Scale,BBS) andwalking ability(within6minutes walking distance and10meters walking time tomeasure)before and after four weeks treatment.Result:1. In the process of clinical study, there are3patients because of various reasonsfailed to complete treatment, not fit into the statistics result; There is only one patientshave briefly dizziness in the treatment group, it is not impact on the treatment.2. The score comparison before and after treatment of MBI、FMA、BBS scale in twogroups patients: In the prior treatment of two groups patients MBI、FMA、BBS scorecomparison, the statistically significant is no difference (P>0.05);After four weekscure, compare the before treatment of each groups,The score of MBI、FMA、BBS havestatistically significant difference (P <0.05); After four weeks treatment, MBI、FMA、BBS score of treatment group was distinctly exceed than that of control group, difference has shown statistical significance (P <0.05). 3. Before and after treatment, comparing two groups patients of walking ability: Both oftwo groups has no statically significant difference (P>0.05) on the walking ability ofwithin6minutes walking distance and10meters walking time before thetreatment. After four weeks treatment, compare the before treatment,The determine ofwithin6minutes walking distance and10meters walking time have statisticallysignifciant difference (P <0.05), but the effect of the treatment group is distinctlysuperiorer than control group, the difference showed statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion: Routine rehabilitation exercise plays a positive role for stroke patients withhemiplegia, not only improving lower limb motor function, but also advancingwalking ability. The rehabilitation equipment of Nustep-T4combined with conventionalrehabilitation therapy can better improve lower limb motor function、advance walkingability、enhance patient’s balance ability and ameliorate stroke patient’s life.
