Objective:To evaluate the effect of waist-abdomen electroacupuncture on walking ability of hemiplegic patients after stroke objectively,to optimize the treatment of lower limb function recovery in hemiplegic patients, and to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.Methods:60 patients who met the standard criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by the random number table,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional neurological symptomatic and rehabilitation treatment, accepted the conventional head acupuncture(top area, the area before the top, suboccipital area)and body acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was based on the control group with waist-abdomen electro acupuncture(hereinafter referred to as the waist-abdomen electro acupuncture group). Two groups were treated twice a day for 30min,6 days a week and 1 day for a rest, continuous for 4 weeks. Before and after the treatment, the RM Gait analysis system was used to measure the patients' step size, pace, step frequency, double support phase gait cycle percentage,in order to evaluate the walking ability of the two groups;and the improved lower limb Fugl-Meyer rating(FMA)and the Tinnetti balance scale were used to evaluate the lower limb function and balance ability. At the end of the study,SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to process and analyze the data.Result:1.After the treatment, the ipsilateral lower limb's pace, step frequency, step pace was significantly higher than that before, double support phase gait cycle percentage was significantly lower than that before, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the waist-abdomen electroacupuncture group was better than the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.After the treatment, the FMA score(lower limbs)was significantly higher than that before, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the waist-abdomen electro acupuncture group was better than the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).3.After the treatment, the Tinnetti score was significantly higher than that before, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the waist-abdomen electroacupuncture group was better than the conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The two methods can improve the walking ability of hemiplegic patients after stroke.2.The effect of waist-abdomen electroacupuncture group on the improvement of walking ability after stroke was better than that of routine acupuncture.
